  • Fantastic fall destination

"In Edgartown for a wedding, this well furnished and up to date property has everything you need for a kicking MV vacation. Walking distance to downtowns shops and restaurants. The house has ample gathering spaces for larger groups both inside and out. Kitchen is well appointed and allowed for great meals at home as well."

  • Perfect in every way!

"I stayed at Sandy Feet Retreat with a group of friends who go on a girls getaway weekend every year. None of us had been to Martha's Vineyard before, and I was put in charge of our time while there. Finding lodging for our group was my first task. When I found Sandy Feet - and Kati's warm, helpful and very responsive spirit - I knew I had the perfect place for us. Sandy Feet was even better in person that it looks online! Kati's personal touches throughout the home, the comfortable rooms, spacious common areas, and well-equipped kitchen all helped to make it an inviting home to relax in after a day of sight-seeing. And Kati's helpful tips about sights to see and places to dine were spot-on. Each time I consulted her while planning our trip, she was quick to respond and offer great suggestions. Her love of the area is obvious and shines forth in this lovely home. From Sandy Feet, we walked to Morning Glory Farms to explore their fresh baked goods and produce. We had rented cars, so were able to drive to Aquinnah Beach- making stops along the way. On the way back, we enjoyed a seafood picnic while watching the sunset at Menemsha Beach. We also rode bikes to Oak Bluffs, did a sailing tour with Mad Max Sailing, had spa treatments, shopped and explored Edgartown. Before and after each outing we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in the comfort of Sandy Feet Retreat. After our visit to Sandy Feet I think Martha's Vineyard has a whole group of new admirers who hope to return some time in the future!"

  • LOVED THIS HOUSE!

"I just returned from my annual Girl Getaway on Martha's Vineyard and THIS house helped make it one of my best trips yet. The location is PERFECT! Short walks to stores, restaurants, activities, beaches! Although we had one, You do not need a car. The owner was incredibly accommodating from my initial contact throughout and was very responsive. I actually did not even need to reach out to him during our stay because everything we needed was right there for us. From the modern appliances to decor to the updated rooms. We lounged around the house during the hot days perfectly comfortable b/c of the central a/c. It was all perfect. We were a group of 6 woman and one 17 year old and we fit very comfortably....side note 2 women shared the lower floor bedroom with the trundle bed and mentioned it was bit tight according to them. We had a wonderful breakfast out on the patio and discussed our day on the porch at night. We are EXTREMELY disappointed to find out the house was already booked for the week in 2017 :( but know whoever is renting will enjoy the memories they create. We definitely look forward to renting THIS house again in the future."

  • Awesome hospitality. Centrally located btwn Oak Bluffs/Vineyard Haven. Walking distance to Oak Bluff

"Megan was an exceptional host, leaving fresh flowers and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The home was spotless and had all the amenities needed - particularly with three teenagers! Wifi was a must-have, and Megan didn't disappoint! Thankfully, all the bedrooms had air conditioning. The house was within walking distance to downtown Oak Bluffs, within 20 minutes. However, the bus to Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and Edgartown was right outside the front door; convenient for teenagers. Linens were included! I can't think of one single thing that could have improved our stay because we had it all! Thank you Megan. I'll definitely be back!"
