  • Clean and Neat house

"Close to town, quiet area plenty of parking. House was clean and roomy. It has a homey feel and not a rental. Kitchen was good size and bathrooms full sized. I will definitely rent again."

  • Perfect for Our Needs

"We were working on a late Fall project in Tisbury and stayed here on buisness. This is a beautiful property. There was a deer on the lawn on our first night. The staff was extremely helpful when a couple of logistical questions came up. We would stay here again"

  • Lovely week in a lovely home!

"We thoroughly enjoyed spending last week at this wonderful home. As soon as you arrive in the Dodger’s Hole neighborhood, you’ll instantly leave all your worldly worries behind. It is woodsy area that has a great neighborhood feel, very clean and well kept. The home is even more spacious and updated than it appears in the photos. It's set back in a small cul-de-sac and feels very private. The open kitchen was awesome for putting together family lunch for the beach and not being stuck inside a cramped space. Afterall – vacation is for family time. The great thing about the location is that the home is nice and shady for most of the day, keeping it cool and comfortable. We easily made very quick trips to South Beach (Katama) and Bend-in-the-Road Beach (State Beach). We took day trips to Aquinnah Public Beach and Menemsha, to check out the fishing village, which are both about 20 minutes away by car. The outdoor shower (which was working just fine when we were there) was excellent for rinsing off the sand, salt and sunscreen. Then relax with a cocktail on the porch, and listen to nature as the sun goes down. Having the Blueray player to access Netflix and watch movies (JAWS!) was very nice for relaxing after a long day at the beach."
