  • Loved staying at Squantum Hill!!!

"Our crew absolutely loved staying here! There were 9 of who came to work on Nantucket for a few days, and I don't think we could have lucked out more. The house is spacious, comfortable, and conveniently tucked away. After a hard day of work our crew would come back and relax, some of us took walks as the house rests in a beautiful setting, while others enjoyed sitting on the back porch with a glass of wine. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, and if we ever come back to Nantucket for work we will definitely be coming back to stay at Squantum Hill."

  • Beautiful Nantucket Getaway!

"We spent a wonderful week in this completely renovated home tucked away in Tom Nevers. It boasts an adorable yard with a small tree and wooden swings (a big hit with our young children). Upon arrival the property manager was kind and accommodating. The downstairs has a quiet living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Everything is brand new, including the washer and dryer on the same level. The bedrooms accommodated two adult couples and two children. The upstairs is lovely! It is a nice open space with a sitting area (with fire place), dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has a fabulous view with Sankaty Lighthouse in the background. Again, everything is brand new and impeccably clean. This area has a sliding glass door that leads to a nice deck with an outdoor dining area and a grill. The deck has a bird feeder which attracted hundreds of beautiful birds (cardinals, blue jays, chickadees, etc.) during our week. Fun to eat breakfast outside and watch the birds. And if you are up very early the sunrise is stunning. The home is close to Sconset (enjoy the beach, a visit to Sankaty Lighthouse, a quaint general store, and delicious sandwich shop), Tom Nevers beach, and golf (open to the public and close enough to play a full round after lunch and still be ready to go out to dinner). The property was very relaxing. Our only worry the entire time was reminding our young kids to be well mannered and to take good care of all the brand new items in the house, which they gladly did because they loved the house as much as we did. We would certainly stay here again!"

  • Perfect, Iconic Sconset Cottage

"Eastward Look is perhaps the most iconic cottage in Sconset, appearing on countless postcards and watercolors. Staying here, you're experiencing something timeless: the shells on Front Street, the banks of wildflowers and sweet peas, tourists and couples strolling by. Everything works perfectly for a stay at the beach. The Market is steps away for provisions. The kitchen is basic but very functional, and the beautiful porch and side yard, both with extensive ocean views over codfish park, are perfect places to share a meal. Bookcases full of Nantucket lore for rainy days. Beds and bedrooms are classic cottage style. We loved it and will return."
