  • Fantastic!

"This is our 3rd time back to summer at Eastport. We love the house. It is most accommodating to our family we also have taken advantage of the nearby cottage. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and a wine fridge to go along with the main fridge as we all enjoy gathering for drinks and dinner. The bluestone patio invites us throughout the day--around the table enjoying a bite to eat or in the lounge chairs reading a book. Morning coffee on the second floor front patio is also welcoming with the ocean in the distance. The house is close to Low Beach where our guys fished and we watched the seals. It's also a short walk or bike ride to Sconset Village. We enjoyed a daily shop at nearby Bartlett Farm truck to literally eat farm to table. Familiar with the island we enjoyed many of the beaches but were always happy to return "home" to Eastport at the end of our day. It's always sad to leave Nantucket but we hope to be back again next summer!"

  • A beautiful and peaceful get-away

"My family, including myself, my husband, two teenage daughters, my mother, and our dog all had such a wonderful time staying at this house. And, that in itself is a tribute to how great the house is! ;) It has all the charm of Nantucket as well as all the comforts of home. Even though it's on a main road, it was very quiet and peaceful. By the end of our stay, we all felt rejuvenated, but sad to leave!!"

  • Wonderful get away

"Very well equipped house. A one minute walk to the beach! Loved the outdoor shower. Beautiful setting, hardest part of the day was deciding which nook in the yard we wanted to settle in to. Can't wait to go back."

  • Perfect, Iconic Sconset Cottage

"Eastward Look is perhaps the most iconic cottage in Sconset, appearing on countless postcards and watercolors. Staying here, you're experiencing something timeless: the shells on Front Street, the banks of wildflowers and sweet peas, tourists and couples strolling by. Everything works perfectly for a stay at the beach. The Market is steps away for provisions. The kitchen is basic but very functional, and the beautiful porch and side yard, both with extensive ocean views over codfish park, are perfect places to share a meal. Bookcases full of Nantucket lore for rainy days. Beds and bedrooms are classic cottage style. We loved it and will return."
