  • Beautiful Nantucket Getaway!

"We spent a wonderful week in this completely renovated home tucked away in Tom Nevers. It boasts an adorable yard with a small tree and wooden swings (a big hit with our young children). Upon arrival the property manager was kind and accommodating. The downstairs has a quiet living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Everything is brand new, including the washer and dryer on the same level. The bedrooms accommodated two adult couples and two children. The upstairs is lovely! It is a nice open space with a sitting area (with fire place), dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has a fabulous view with Sankaty Lighthouse in the background. Again, everything is brand new and impeccably clean. This area has a sliding glass door that leads to a nice deck with an outdoor dining area and a grill. The deck has a bird feeder which attracted hundreds of beautiful birds (cardinals, blue jays, chickadees, etc.) during our week. Fun to eat breakfast outside and watch the birds. And if you are up very early the sunrise is stunning. The home is close to Sconset (enjoy the beach, a visit to Sankaty Lighthouse, a quaint general store, and delicious sandwich shop), Tom Nevers beach, and golf (open to the public and close enough to play a full round after lunch and still be ready to go out to dinner). The property was very relaxing. Our only worry the entire time was reminding our young kids to be well mannered and to take good care of all the brand new items in the house, which they gladly did because they loved the house as much as we did. We would certainly stay here again!"

  • Great Family Vacation Home in Quiet Tom Nevers

"Our family of 4 had a great vacation at Nancy's home in Tom Nevers. The house was very comfortable -- large living space (kitchen, dining and family area) on the second floor with large deck and great views. Kitchen was equipped for family meals. Three comfortable bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and outdoor shower were perfect for getting ready for dinner out. Tom Nevers beach was quiet and only one mile away. The neighborhood is great for biking or walking. Close to Sconset and a short drive to town and other beaches. Nancy and her caretaker were very helpful, easy to work with, and incredibly nice and welcoming. We can't wait for another visit to Nantucket and Nancy's home."

  • This place is a gem!

"Even during the off-season, you can't do better than this! Immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, this house has everything you could possibly need. Perfectly located between the nearby beach and town, yet situated far enough off the road, giving us lots of privacy. Stop searching..... you found THE house for your perfect Nantucket vacation!"

  • Perfect private getaway on Nantucket

"This spot is a secret gem. We stayed in the separate guest room which has its own entrance -- cozy and beautifully decorated and with fresh cross breezes. Choice of indoor or outdoor shower works perfectly for a quick rinse after swimming. Loved being able to take sunrise dips in the ocean as the beach is private and just a short walk away. The wandering paths, fragrant with rosa rugosa, are well maintained making the trip to the beach accessible & perfect place to relax for an evening cocktail. Many different dining options if you want to eat outside or inside. Owners have great exotic throws and colorful table linens that add atmosphere for any dinner party or clam bake. If you want some privacy, you can disappear into a reading nook with a book. The house has great karma -- quite comfortable but feels like its been part of the island history for a long time. An added bonus is the house is not too far from the airport & close to Sconset, also nice for dinner options. A decent 4 wheel jeep made the roads more fun to navigate. If you like to run for exercise you can take off in either direction and not be hassled by traffic. Living in a big city, I loved getting away to this special spot, so private, smack in the middle of a bird preserve, no neighbors nearby, and having the ocean just a short walk away. You can't help but enjoy yourself!"
