Great Nantucket House In a Great Location
"Our family of six spent New Year in this wonderful Nantucket House. It is a new house so it is in great condition. The open floor plan is perfect for hanging out together. All the bedrooms are a good size. And it is an easy walk to the center of town. We look forward to coming back soon."

"We had such a wonderful stay at far out this past August and were so sad to leave. The peace and quiet here is unequaled. The bikes provided had a good workout all over the island as we explored every day. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor shower, don't think we used the inside one! Our favorite daily ritual was sitting on the deck reading while the kids were out exploring as the sun set, divine! A true get-away from it all vacation!"

"This Miacomet Marvel was great! Only 1.7 miles to Surfside beach and into town. (Miacomet beach was actually closed due to bird nesting issues.) Local Grocery, Gas, Pharmacy, Hospital and fish market about a mile from the house as well. Plenty of room here and amenities galore! Pool and hot tub were huge hits for the kids! Kitchen was also huge and very functional!! We look forward to visiting again next year!!"

"My Husband and I spent a week of our honeymoon at this lovely cottage. We loved the location of this house, it was close to town and to the beach but very private and quiet. There is access to stairs that go down to the beach just one street over and because parking isn't permitted on that road there was hardly anyone at the beach. Swimming was fantastic, warm water and gentle waves. We loved watching the sunsets every night from the widow's walk while enjoying a glass of wine and some appy's. The view from the widow's walk is spectacular, one of the best things about this property. The cottage was really clean and everything was in well working order. We loved the historic feel of the home including the clawfoot tub upstairs and all the cool artwork and furniture throughout the house. The kitchen table was great for working on puzzles on cloudy days, the chairs were so comfy and unique. We also appreciated the abundance of towels, the awesome outdoor shower, and the backyard, and bikes. Steve was easy to correspond with and our deposit was returned shortly after our departure. We can't wait to return to this lovely cottage!"
