  • Perfectly Wonderful !

"My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the fresh energy and uplifting art in this 1875 house. Jay and Stephanie have gone out of their way to decorate and organize this historic home so visitors have plenty of space to spread out and many places to relax. They have added little details like festive holiday lights that make the kitchen sitting area extra special and cozy. It is a simple but beautiful, clean and comfortable home, with easy to access instructions for heating, entertainment, laundry and all the basics. On top of that, it's great location in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to restaurants, groceries, and even the train station (no we couldn't hear it) make it perfect for getting easy fun exercise. Down the street and around the corner is a Starbucks and Dunkin' Doughnuts! Head in the other direction and you find quaint Concord! What more could you ask?"

  • Great Location Near T-Subway

"This house was in a great location right next to a stop on the T, which helps save a lot of money and time when traveling. Unless you want to spend over an hour looking for parking, this is probably the best option. The store, Lee's, right down the street sells a subway card you can use rather than cash. It was a cute apartment, the neighbors and neighborhood were fairly quiet and it faces the back of the building so there wasn't much street noise. This apartment was on the top floor of the building and there was no elevator, so its probably not suitable for elderly or older guests. It was the perfect size for two, but I feel you'd be a little squished if you tried to fit more than that. The window AC unit was fantastic. There was no TV, so we just used our Ipad and the internet to watch stuff. We used the laundromat down the street to do laundry faster. We weren't given any house rules so, upon departure, we just bagged up all of the trash the best we could."

  • Thanksgiving holiday stay

"My husband, two daughters, their husbands and my two grandchildren stayed at this house during the Thanksgiving holiday. It had everything we needed and was a good location. The owner was easy to access when needed but not a pain or bother. Great house with lots of rooms, well kept and clean. Even a lot for my 9 and 4 year old grandchildren to play with. They loved the toy piano and the stuffed tiger. We would stay here again if needed. Debbie Grace, Claremore, OK"

  • Best location

"We stayed at the apartment for 1.5 months & enjoyed living in this neighborhood. The place is very close to restaurants & shops. Subway is just 0.3 miles away. The Living room is at the ground floor & 2 bedrooms in the basement. A huge bathroom in the basement & a small washroom in the living room. Kitchen has everything that you would need - fridge, oven, coffee maker, dish washer. You can access laundry room from your room in the basement floor & that is way too convenient. Everything that you need is at a walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in downtown Boston."
