  • Charming riverfront home

"We recently had a wonderful stay at this home in Gloucester. It has a fantastic view of the water and is in such a quiet neighborhood that we had wonderful peaceful mornings and evenings watching the boats go by. My kids loved exploring the shore at low tide and collecting shells and hermit crabs. The house confortably fit our large group and everyone was impressed with how well kept the house is, the family really cares for the property. We have been traveling to Gloucester every year for a long time and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Unique, comfortable and charming New England coastal cottage. Parking is a little tight on the narrow road but was still able to accommodate all our many vehicles! It is also less than 10 minute drive down to the Harbor. We hope to return to this home on our next trip to Gloucester."

  • Awesome place to relax away from home

"We came to Manchester-by-the-Sea after 5 days in New York City. This location was the polar opposite of where we had been. It was perfect for us. After a week in a cramped hotel room, it was excellent for the three of us to have our own space in this lovely home. The two bedrooms were fantastic and it was also nice to have a living room to meet up in for mornings and end of day.The laundry was also a plus. It was great to not have to go home with all dirty clothes! Maureen was awesome about giving suggestions as to places to go for our needs. She was quick to answer our questions and give information. This was the perfect location to base our Massachusetts week from. It was an easy drive to Gloucester for our Whale Watch Cruise and to Salem to sail on the Schooner Fame. The house was close to the beach which had incredible sunrises and sunsets. (The mosquitoes however were quite large, so I do suggest that anyone who goes takes insect repellent with them.)"

  • Great island house!

"Perfect island house for a family and friends group. We loved it - thank you! Absolutely everything you could have wanted was right where you expected it to be and the location was perfect. We were there during an extremely windy fall weekend and were able to see the dramatic surf - which was a treat. The staff at PI Beachcoma right around the block took wicked good care of us as we arrived late Friday night after a long wet drive. Had a great time at the farm-to-table dinner in the tent at the Colby Farm in Newburyport on Saturday. We will be back!"

  • Beautifully appointed home with wonderful areas to gather and entertain both inside and out!

"We loved our week at this Plum Island home! We are an extended family of young and old(er), and this home allowed us to all be together for a beach week with plenty of room for all. The location is the best on Plum Island, with a beautiful oceanfront deck and private way to the beach. The well appointed kitchen allowed for everyone to have room to prepare and cook as needed. Two large TVs, plenty of casual seating and dining areas made it easy for us to relax in the evenings. During the heat wave, the central AC was a welcome plus as we came off the beach! We look forward to a return trip."
