  • A wonderful house in a great location

"This pretty house is spacious, warm, comfortable and well equipped. There were 9 of us staying and there was plenty of hot water for showers etc/ soft, fluffy towels and plenty of bathroom, kitchen and laundry products which was really helpful. Newburyport is a lovely small town with plenty of decent restaurants and shops and ideally situated for access to the coast, mountains, lakes, interesting towns, pretty villages and Boston and all they have to offer. Parking was easy; 2 cars on driveway and plenty of safe, on road parking. Pam was very helpful and friendly and organising the booking was quick and easy. If there had been a need for help during our stay, I know it would have been available. Thanks to Pam for this. Everyone loved the house so that is further recommendation."

  • Excellent Home for visiting the "Witch City"

"Location, Location, Location! This home was within walking distance to everything! It was great to park the car and just explore. After a full day it was comforting to come "home" to enough room for our group of eight to spread out and play games in one room, watch movies in another and enjoy quiet reading time in yet another! The kitchen was well stocked with items needed to prepare the food we had brought along and while the home maybe old, its charm, comfort and location, more than made up for a few doors not closing. Owner was very helpful and I would highly recommend this property."

  • Lovely Location, lovely everything!

"My husband and I just returned from a 4 night stay at this wonderful apartment. We had a fantastic time and walked everywhere from Old Town, up to Five Corners and enjoyed the strolls throughout the neighborhood and shops in town. The apartment had absolutely everything that you could want and the kitchen was especially well stocked with all the essentials, including organic olive oil and wonderful spices! The colors in the main rooms were bright, cheerful and "happy" and the large windows offered a nice, cooling breeze. I would highly recommend. The only amenity that I would add would be a little seating area by the apartment door to offer a cozy private outdoor space for guests. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!"

  • We really enjoyed our stay in Manchester-by-the-Sea and never went near the water!

"Because we came to MBTSea for work reasons, our POV is slightly skewed. Working 14-16 hour days on the North Shore presents its challenges. This location was good for my roomate and I as we never traveled more than 25 minutes to all the locations we had to work. Because of where the house is located, in a neighborhood, it was a good place to sleep during the day when we worked late. Because its only two minutes to downtown we could easily roll out and get coffee, or breakfast, or groceries or supplies at the hardware store. Working long days we took full advantage of the hot tub. Bo was friendly and respectful of our privacy at the same time. We didn't spend much time at the house, but we wanted for nothing. It was great to be able to do our laundry while living away from home for six weeks. And the off season pricing was great for our budget. We will absolutely recommend Bo's place, or claim it for ourselves, should we have a need for work in the area again!"
