  • Fabulous house!

"This immaculate home was perfect for our weekend stay. Our party of 6 people were comfortable all weekend with the open floor plan layout of the living room, dining area and kitchen perfect for us to spread out. It came equipped with all the amenities you could ask for plus some extra perks such as a large 3-D HDTV, heated toilet seat (!), a shower with three shower heads, and the 4' deep swimspa, which we thoroughly enjoyed all weekend when the temperatures plunged below 20 degrees. The home is within close proximity to Mass Ave., convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and the city and airport. You will need a car to get around, but the distance is not far at all. The neighborhood is very pretty, safe and secure as well. Alex graciously responded quickly to all emails and texts, and even followed up with us via email the day we checked in to ensure everything was okay. I highly recommend this home. Thank you, Alex!"

  • Perfect house in a perfect location

"This was my first time renting a home from anyone on HomeAway. The owner was super helpful through out our entire trip. The house in itself was a great treat. Plenty of room and the full sized kitchen was great. We were able to Cook breakfast every morning. The beds slept great and the shower were great also. Shower has plenty of water pressure. The house did come with wifi and Netflix which in my mind should be the standard. Also there is nothing better than waking up with the lake views. We hope to come back very soon and book with this house again."

  • Summer camp community

"Quiet, clean, efficient cabin with easy, structured fitness options within the community. Beds were comfortable. Nice safe walking (most driving appears to be by golf cart), several heated ppols, indoor table tennis and outdoor courts and a well supplied gym. Had it been earlier in the season (and we'd brought suits), we would have used either pool and gone kayak or canoeing. Good place to visit with cross generational family group."

  • Perfect!

"We had such an incredible time at Rocky Pond! My husband and I wanted to spend some time with our 18 year old daughter who is spending the fall in Nashua. The camp is close enough to Nashua to head over for a nice dinner, but far enough out of town to feel secluded. Hollis has a couple of nice eating spots and I think I stopped at nearby Lull Farm every day for treats. The camp has a great beach and fire pit. I drank coffee on the beach in the morning and wine in the evening. We had an otter that swam by twice a day. We canoed, picked apples, and took several hikes. Hollis is about 1.5 hours from the White Mountains and about an hour to Mount Monadnock. We made both trips. We also hiked nearby Beaver Brook. My brothers drove over from the South Shore and Philly. Our older daughter came up from Tallahassee. We are from Pensacola. There was plenty of room for everyone. The space was great. Kitchen, beds, bathroom, living room. Love that screened in porch. The wood stove kept us cozy at night. Such cool nostalgia too. Thank you so much Freddie for allowing us to stay at Rocky Pond"
