  • Great place for a large family!

"I booked this house to host an early Thanksgiving dinner for our extended family. It was the first time we have rented a location for this occasion so I was a little nervous about how it would work out. As soon as I walked in, I felt right at home - especially with the gas fireplace and the beach decor. The house really is fantastic, room for lots of people to spread out and relax. The 2nd floor den with the outdoor balcony was my favorite spot. The views are also great and it is so nice to be able to be that close to the beach. Betty was wonderful to work with and was very responsive. We will definitely return and I highly recommend it."

  • Great location for the beach. A great beach for everyone.

"The location of the house to the beach is outstanding. It is 1 house from the private section of Nantasket beach. It is a single family home which rooms are rented. This review and listing is the 3rd floor which has a bedroom, private bathroom and another room that was our living room/kitchen/kids bedroom. There is not a door that can be locked to this area and the 2 bedrooms connect via a hallway (not directly). At first I was a bit nervous as my kids are young and nervous about not having a locked door plus the noise level of kids bothering others. It worked out fine as the other people staying were very nice and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and I was surprised at my kids beds as well as the beds are convertible from a couch to bed but were very comfortable. The kitchen had exactly what we needed and we ate our meals on one of the beautiful decks the house had. The decks are all shared among those that are staying at the house but they are huge so everyone has plenty of space. We were friendly with the people that were also staying there and actually had some nice conversations. There was great backpack beach chairs to use for the beach and plenty of sand toys. The shower and changing rooms was useful for our visiting guests. We had 2 parking passes which is great for visitors to come visit. We had access to washer and dryer if we wanted to use it. We could walk to the stores, bakery and diner in town or drive and park. It is a very convenient location to everything. If you are elderly or have mobility issues the 3 flights of stairs may be a bit much but it was good exercise for us. It was cool at night most the time but one night was very hot and we had to use the air conditioning that was available. It was nice to have that as an option. Amy was very responsive on questions and wanted to make sure our stay was great."

  • Wonderful home at a wonderful place

"We could adopt to this place right away. The most beautiful times have been in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony watching over the sea and then the evenings on the same place with the sunset from aside. Our recommandation comes deep from the heart connected with a great time."
