  • Beautiful Getaway!

"Gorgeous, clean property right on the Manistee. Everything needed for your stay is provided - except food, of course! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for canoeing, fishing, tubing or just a nice, peaceful escape from the everyday life. Thank you again for letting us celebrate our 11th annual girls weekend there."

  • Family Vaca 2016

"This is a great place for families withteenaged children and pets. This rustic cottage has all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room. Our family loved the privacy of the lake and enjoyed sitting out on the lawn near the water where we swam, jet skied and watched the sun set and rise. Jackie and Randy were very accommodating and we hope we can do it again next year."

  • Great owners! Great neighbors! Great property!

"Otsego Lake and the cabin was a perfect getaway for the family. We have 2 small children that enjoyed themselves immensely, spending time playing with the other kids around and fishing with the neighbors. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The owner Lynne was extremely friendly. Right across the street you can rent pontoons and jet skis at a reasonable price. Nothing negative to say about our stay!"

  • Wonderful!

"We stayed at the lodge for three nights in early June 2016. We had eleven adults and one toddler. There was plenty of room for everyone. Gary, the caretaker, gave us a fabulous orientation. We were extremely impressed with how beautiful the lodge was. We had our own private lake which we thoroughly enjoyed - kayaking, canoeing, and swimming. We are all nature lovers and were thrilled to see two eagles, a loon, deer, among other animals. There is ample space between the lodge and the lake to play frisbee, and catch. Nice setting for our campfire. We went on some beautiful hikes (be sure to bring plenty of insect repellant - especially if you are concerned about ticks). We had a great time and have already scheduled a return trip for next year!"
