  • Wonderful vacation!

"My friends and I had an amazing time staying at this wonderful home in Harbor Springs. The home was much larger than we had anticipated, well stocked with all the essentials and beyond, very clean and Chris was amazing to work with in making the reservation! The hot tub was a great bonus, rooms were all as they were described, extra sheets/ towels anything you can think of, kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and everything worked great (showers/air/etc.). Definitely one of the best VRBO experiences I have had so far. Short walk to downtown Harbor Springs or short drive to wineries, Petoskey, Bay Harbor and Charlevoix- great location. We had 5 couples which worked great, would also be ideal for families or other large groups."

  • Multi Generation Family Vacation - August 2016

"We decided in the spring of 2016 to take a whole family vacation to the Harbor Springs area as we used to do many years ago. As this area is very popular for summer vacation and as there were 12 of us, there weren't many choices to rent from. I am so thankful we found this condo. It was perfect! We have rented many different places in many different areas and this is the first one that truly fit all 12 of us. The three different levels with bedrooms on each level gave everyone a sense of personal space as we ranged from 2 months old to 62 years old. The living area was great for relaxing after a day of exploring Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We used the pool daily as it was so convenient to get to and the kids loved the activity. As I mentioned, we have rented many places before and although this condo is an older construction it was the cleanest condo we have ever rented. There was not a speck of dirt or even a cobweb in a remote corner when we arrived. Roger was very responsive and easy and professional to communicate with. Everything was exactly as he communicated. We hope we can stay here again next year!"

  • north woods perfection

"We spent a week...six adults, two little boys. Lake Michigan at the bottom of the steps, sound of the waves, plenty of sand castle building and rock hunting, very comfortable and charming house, sunsets you pretty much have to see to believe. Erika and Otto a pleasure to work with. The Pond Hill Farm shouldn't be missed, likewise the Kilwin's chocolate tour, and the Tunnel of Trees. Our last day the six year old said "We should live here." Nobody disagreed."

  • Loved it!!!

"Our family of four spent the week in this quiet, secluded cabin in the woods. Our kids are 9/12 years old and they told us they really liked not having a TV or electronics for the week. They enjoyed playing games and listening to the radio... didn't even realize we had Wifi. So old school we loved it. One of our kids slept in the pull out couch and the other slept on an air mattress we brought with us. I would say we maxed out space, but we were very comfortable and would bring our kids up again. Sam and Ann met us as we pulled in and were very helpful with answering questions about the cabin, property and surrounding area. They told us we could pet the horses as much as we liked and our kids really enjoyed going to see the horses up the driveway from the cabin multiple times a day. The cabin has everything you would need, location is ideal for day trips to the beach, Mackinac Island, U.P., small town experiences, Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Sam and Ann live on property but we the cabin is set back far enough that you won't see them unless you are pulling up the driveway and they are out working. We grilled out and enjoyed the deck to relax in the morning and evenings.Trails all around we walked our dog and rode bikes. We enjoyed this cabin so much, we will be back, maybe even without the kids!!"
