  • Perfect getaway spot! Private, cozy, and clean.

"We loved this property! So cute and quaint, everything we needed, and we were thrilled to bring our two chihuahuas with us. The private beach area was wonderful, spent every evening there for the sunset and only saw other people (a few properties over) one time. Exploring the peninsula was lots of fun and we took a wonderful day trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes (truly a must see!) Several great restaurants are located on the pen sulfa too. One of our favorite vacation spots ever, we hope to stay here again!"

  • Outstanding Location and House!

"Pine Patch was nothing short of spectacular!!!! We had a 3 generation reunion in this gorgeous house which was home to great fishing, tubing and swimming. Fun times on the lawn playing badminton and croquet. Bring your bikes and golf clubs as the area is PERFECT. And when we needed a rest, the hammocks were perfect for an afternoon nap. The teens LOVED the adjacent cottages and made for a super pleasant trip for all 3 generations as everyone had their own space. The house was beautifully equipped and clean with ample space (including 2 full size refrigerators). But the best memory of all were the dinners enjoying the sunsets. Thanks for a memorable vacation!!!!!"

  • A great time at a well-appointed home in a great location!

"Three generations of ten family members gathered for a week together and had a wonderful time. Kerry was responsive when we had a few questions, and we had a blast using the sunfish and kayaks (and renting double kayaks and having them delivered was no problem either). The downstairs game/TV room was brilliant for a rainy day, and it was just a walk down to the dock for Little Traverse Lake, or a mile on an easy trail to Lake Michigan. Sleeping Bear Dunes was barely ten minutes away, Glen Arbor was as well, and Traverse City only half an hour (when we discovered we needed a late-night urgent care). Great location to do the Leelenau wine circuit. Bedrooms on three levels mean that a level of privacy can be achieved. Only drawback is that the back that the boardwalk runs through is swamp, so if you're looking for a lot of room for kids to be able to run around and play, that's not here - but they'll love the lake so much they won't care, trust me."

  • Perfect for our family

"Beautiful property, loved the quiet and privacy. The house was very comfortable and we liked having the air conditioning. The appliances, TVs and the bathrooms all functioned perfectly. We moored our boat because for our ski/wakesurf boat the lift was located in water too shallow for our boat to go on. There were mooring poles in the lake, however, so it was not a problem for us. We enjoyed the campfire and the fact that firewood was there for us. We loved the sandy bottom of this area of Lake Leelanau. It was great to meet Tim and we were pleased that he stayed and talked with us on the Saturday that we checked in. We used the outdoor gas grill......we enjoyed it and it functioned well. Our family had a wonderful week and we hope to go back in 2017."
