"My husband and I recently spent a wonderful week in this delightful condo! Its close proximity to the shops, and restaurants in the downtown area made our stay enjoyable, and we loved the convenience of being city dwellers for a week! The property was very clean, and well appointed with all amenities of home. Roy was very quick to respond to our communications, and provided us with great customer service. We look forward to returning to this lovely condo!"

  • Beautiful area

"This was our first trip to Northern Michigan and we loved it! Jim's eclectic rental is ideally located between Traverse City and dozens of wineries, breweries, cute villages and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Our favorite spots were The Towne Plaza in downtown Traverse City and Tandem Ciders outside Suttons Bay. The property was clean and free of bugs. Morning summer sun pours into the house, which I appreciated but late sleepers may not. Jim was very responsive and flexible, even with our changing flight arrival times."

  • Great location, perfect accommodations.

"This property was perfect for our girl's getaway. We loved how the bedrooms were all on the upper level, so those of us that wanted more sleep could get it while the others visited downstairs. I don't think anymore than six would be comfortable; my husband stayed in the same condos for his guy's getaway and there were six of them as well and they were too crowded. The owner was very responsive and the rental process couldn't have been easier. There is only one parking spot near the property, but that wasn't an issue for us. We loved how close the property was to downtown; we could walk everywhere easily. The property was mostly clean, but there were some Cheerios on the floor and dust in some areas. I would suggest a clean paint job (or at least having the walls wiped down.) The mattress cover on one of the beds was also stained. None of this was a deal breaker for us, but I would want to know if I were the owner. No complaints whatsoever and we would definitely stay here again."
