Such a wonderful rental with a truly amazing host. She made sure we had everything we needed, kept in contact to see if there was anything she could do for us. The cabin was so clean and well stocked. It’s located in such a quiet location for much needed rest and relaxation, but central to all attractions and gas stations/ stores. Love this place we will be back. Thank you Jody for everything.

What a unique and precious vacation! My husband and I felt very privileged to stay in this magnificent place. What a view! How peaceful and invigorating! The host, Kai, was very kind, patient and great at communication. This is the place to be when you need to reset, reconnect with nature, and just be in the moment. The cozy cabin is decorated with taste and the bed is amazingly comfortable. We could walk to the lighthouse from the beach, and climb on top to enjoy the view on beautiful Lake Superior. The lighthouse volunteers are super nice! Merci beaucoup Kai for this unforgettable experience. We miss it already and we sure hope we can come back next summer!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. We came to town for a trail run and stayed a few extra nights to hike and get some UP fresh air. The cabin is cute and nestled into the pines. We loved walking down the dirt road for sunsets and the proximity to the North Country Trail. The kitchen was stocked with all pans needed for cooking and there was even filtered water for drinking. It was perfectly remote but still had wifi to download maps and make our plans for the day. We loved our stay.

Between the view and the location, it was the perfect spot to stay at for 6 days. All the most common destination to visit in the UP are very close to enjoy and make day trips all week long. Dale was very attentive to answering the questions I had, prior to making the trip. The house had all the accommodations needed to make the 6 days stay easy. The overall living space in the house, the outdoor deck and firepit available to hang out, made no one feel crowded. You won't be disappointed to stay here!!

We love the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and every bit of beauty it offers. This cabin was the perfect spot to enjoy! Immaculate and wonderful extras included. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the easy walk to the beach.

If your looking for a super cute, perfect location to trails, vittles, & fuel look no further. The all seasons room provided amazing views over lake superior and gorgeous sunrises. The drive thru driveway was perfect for our truck & 20+ foot sled trailer. If you do come up in winter, you will turn the baseboard heat on when you arrive so plan on bringing some warm fuzzy socks or slippers to wear on the non carpeted area of floor. Until it warms up...It. Is. Coooolllddd. Also, because of all the snow, the wood for the fire was a little wet so purchase some Firestarter when you stop at the grocery store. Overall, just an amazing long weekend. We will be back.

Great family property. Kitchen is a dream to work in. Close to whitefish point and tahquamenon Falls. Only downside is waters edge is not accessible. There is a steep cliff with large sharp rocks at the bottom and the fire pit is close to the edge. Dangerous, especially after dark. Beautiful sunrise and Lake Superior views!
