  • Best Family Vacation - Ever!! Amazing accommodations and setting!

"We brought our family, kids and grands- 15 of us! Rented both houses- super convenient and great accommodations. The lake was beautiful, we rented a pontoon, went tubing and skiing- a very friendly place and not overrun with boats. We had campfires at night, guys golfed and there's an Ice cream shop out the back door!! Highly recommend the location and the houses are well kept, the one was newly remodeled- very nice! Plenty of rroom and lots to do! And we brought the dogs too!"

  • Great family rental--5 Stars

"Rented the Woodlands Lodge for a large family get together. The lodge was perfect. Plenty of space and an abundance of seating for large groups to get together. Everything is well stocked: kitchen, bathrooms, linens, games rooms, etc. The house is clean and well maintained There is plenty of parking. We made use of the grills, hiking in the woods and used the large areas outside for games (lawn darts, bean bag, etc.) Ted Gogol, owner is super friendly and accommodating (great to work with). I would highly recommend his rentals. Don"

  • Fun lake house

"16 of our family members gathered at the lake house for a fun week on Stone Lake. The home is very well designed, decorated, and equipped with most everything you could possibly want/need. Although one family member brought his power boat, we also rented the boat package. The pontoon boat was used every day. We anchored it out in the lake, and used it as our floating swim dock. The young children spent hours wading along the shore, catching minnows and frogs. Because the game room is situated away from the sleeping areas, it was never a problem with noise, even though it was often used.late into the night. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the extra refrigerator in the game room was great to have, because we shopped at Costco on our way to the house and it had plenty of room for our groceries for the week. We ate dinner every evening out on the deck at the big table. Many of our family members hiked the trails that wandered thru the 47 acres, and we picked up kindling from the nearby woods for our gathering around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and tell stories.over the last 15 years, I have rented 20+ vacation properties from VRBO, and I have to say that Ted was the most attentive owner I have ever dealt with. He is genuinely commited to helping you have a wonderful time while staying in their home. We hope to return sometime in the next few years. Thanks, Ted and Brenda"

  • Fun family vacation spot

"Our family had a terrific long weekend at Diamond Lake and this home was great. We had six adults and three children and did all our cooking at the house. The full kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved having both a charcoal and gas grill for cooking. We loved the bonfire with S'mores and hanging out on a pontoon that we rented from the marina. The home was very clean and the layout was good. It's a short walk to the beach but not much space there so if you can, I recommend getting a pontoon and going over to the 'sandbar' for swimming. We'd recommend for sure."
