  • Completely Satisfactory!

"We rented this place because my brother had rented on Diamond Lake however, there was nothing available on Diamond in our price range. This cottage was lovely, actually much better than the one my brother had! It was a straight shot to Diamond Lake which is where we hung out most of the time. My husband did enjoy the fishing on Kelsey, but didn't catch much! We especially loved the game room where my neices/nephew were able to hang out. The place was very well supplied with kitchen tools, pans, etc and also had some extra toilet paper, dishsoap, etc. so we did not have to run to the store when we just arrived as we have had to do when renting other places. That was most appreciated! Very nice for our unique situation, we would certainly do it again. Thank you so much."

  • Amazing rental!

"We just returned from a wonderful week at this property. The house is spacious, clean, and excellently maintained. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 7 kids, that fit easily in the house with room to spare. I was amazed at how well stocked the house was. Not only does it have the standard linens, but the kitchen includes common spices/condiments, the living room had plenty of board games, and the garage held a treasure-trove of bikes, chairs, and beach toys - including 2 kayaks that we were free to use. First house that we've rented together and can't wait to come back!"

  • ND Football Weekend visit

"We had a wonderful experience with the homeowner leading up to our visit. He was helpful and accommodating, and made our stay very easy for us. We were a group of five adults and we had plenty of room with the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The outdoor patio space was very nice, along with the gazebo, and made entertaining pretty awesome. We could tell some remodeling was recently done in some of the rooms, but it didn't detract from our stay. The house does feel old, in a comfortable way, but it still has many modern amenities. And with so much ample space, you'll feel like you got a lot for your money. I do wish there was wifi and better TV options, but we survived without it. We used Uber to travel back and forth from the ND football game, which helped us from having to look for parking and pay for it (use Uber referrals to get free rides.)"

  • Great Owners, Stunning House!

"We stayed here for a Notre Dame football weekend. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood close to campus but far enough away to be very peaceful. The house was brand-new and beautifully furnished. The house is large with plenty of room for a big group. There is a beautiful swimming pool and the house is located on a small lake. There is a lovely view from every window. The drive to campus is approximately 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic. I would highly recommend this house to anyone coming in for a Notre Dame game, especially families with kids. There is a nice bar downstairs and a nice grill too. You won't do better than this!"
