  • A cozy two story house in a secluded wooden area, nice large layout and lots of windows.

"Large bedrooms, large eating area and open kitchen and living room. Great view to the wooded back yard and a large deck with a hot tub. Clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything you need. Came here for a girls weekends, conveniently located to wineries and shopping. The private beach area was great for sunsets. I would definitely stay here again."

  • Kris & Family

"What a wonderful little gem! A FANTASTIC view of blue Lake Michigan! Very clean. Beautiful landscaping. The large front yard was great for playing games (they have yard games available) or just catch. Beautiful sunsets! Great location as it is near several fun areas - South Haven, Holland, Saugatuck/Douglas. This was a trip with adult family members. Our only regret is that we didn't get to spend more time with the owner - a truly sweet woman (we didn't get to meet her husband, who I am sure is great too!). She gave us EXCELLENT dining recommendations, and is a wonderful source of information, so please, talk with her! We will make the trek from West Virginia again - it is worth it!"

  • Secluded cozy cabin, in the woods near lake Michigan - serenity

"My husband and I spent a weekend away from the busy Chicago. We were hoping to find a place away from people and noise, change the pace and enjoy the nature and each other company. This was the perfect place for it. I did not realize at the time of booking that the cabin was exactly what we were looking for. We were staying in a smaller of the two cabins, with one bedroom. It is clean and has everything. Surrounded by the woods, so we woke up to the sounds of rain, birds, crickets (no sirens, wow). Saugatuck, Fennville and other towns are very close - ~15 minutes - are busy (by local standards) and full of good restaurants (measure up to Chicago), wineries, cider breweries etc. We spent time on the semi-private beach, were drinking tea and watching sunset. Imagine a small beach all to yourself (well, maybe with 5-6 more people). So, if you are looking for some peace and serenity - this is a place for you. Enjoy. We will be back for sure. PS. The owner, Gaylon, was very responsive, we got the paperwork, keys and clear instructions and directions."
