  • Great place!!

"Wanted to give this property a big "thumbs up"! Two families, ten adults fit quite nicely. Clean, well kept up. Plenty of space to gather or spread out. Beautiful lakefront. We rented the boat and enjoyed it immensely. The lake is clean, nice sized, and has a party island. We definitely will be back next year. With the very shallow beach area immediately in front we are considering an end of the summer trip with the grandkids. Owner was very helpful and was just a phone call away."

  • Great house on a beautiful lake!

"Our family just finished our second reunion at this home. We have 10 adults and 8 grandchildren in our family and there is plenty of room for all. Not only is the home beautiful but the lake is a great. The water is clear with a sandy shore line in front of the home. There is a large sandbar out in the middle of the lake that attracts boaters and is fun to party on. The driveway is steep and parking can be a little crowded."

  • Great Time!

"My family and I spent a week at this cottage. We had a great time! Perfect house for large families. Deck over looking the water is amazing! Would definitely stay there again. We had people of all ages with us and the house was perfect for everyone."

  • Great Lakefront Property, Almost Great House

"We very much enjoyed out time at the property. Heather was very responsive and helpful with our late evening arrival. The property itself was wonderful, and our kids couldn't get enough of playing in the lake and on the beach. The only "problems" were that it seemed too many beds were put in a tight space, and the tap water was absolutely terrible. The bedrooms are pretty cramped. With all the beds in the 2nd bedroom, it seemed that the 3rd may be better used as a laundry room (although, to be fair, there is a laundry mat nearly walking distance up the road). The shower was also very dated and could seemingly be pretty easily updated and enlarged. The water in the lake was beutiful. The water in the house, unfortuntely, was really bad. We understand that well water at a lake isn't city water. We live in the country and have a well with the same sulfur water. Our water is naturally very similar to the water we found at this property, and is made nearly ideal by a relatively inexpensive carbon filter. The beauty and serenity of the lake (and the extent to which the kids enjoyed it) make these small sacrifices worthwhile, but a little work could easily make this a "5-star" property in our minds."
