  • Great place, great visit.

"A great stay at a beautiful cottage! Our young family had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for the 5 of us, and an easy walk to beautiful beaches and more. Thank you, Eric, for your hospitality!"

  • Very cute, clean, perfectly located cottage!

"The cottage was immaculate and nicely updated. We really loved the front deck and sat out there in the morning and evening. Refrigerator was nice to have because we bought bread and treats from the nearby De Boer's Restaurant/Bakery, that we had for breakfast a couple of mornings. Close walk to Ottawa Beach Inn, which had great burgers and not too far to the 250 steps of Mt. Pisgah to work it off! Great, quiet neighborhood and we took walks every night. Would definitely come back! PS, Bob (owner) was very accessible and responsive when we realized that we had forgotten a couple of items - he mailed them to us immediately - very nice!"

  • Saugatuck House

"Overall the house is a good choice for a family vacation. It was a large clean home that is very centrally located. It was nice to have one home where the entire extended family could stay and by adding on the carriage house everyone had their own rooms. The yard is beautiful and it is an easy drive to explore other areas or a very short walk to town. Saugatuck was a great town to spend a long weekend in. For the price there were a few downsides to the home - there was a single role of paper towel - two garbage bags - and no extra toilet paper. So my family did a run to the market to supply the house with what we would consider basics. In addition the showers do not drain well (standing in 4 inches of water), and there was no hot water in the carriage house for 3 out of the 4 days we were there. All minor inconveniences but when spending 6000+ for 4 nights these seem like basic items any house would have."

  • Perfect Weekend Getaway

"Traveled to Michigan to go to the Tulip Festival in Holland, but wanted to stay somewhere near the water. Found this lovely little condo in Grand Haven and it turned out to be a great choice. Loved the "loft" style condo with its wood beams and exposed brick. It was clean, cozy and well stocked. The location was great, right in the heart of town and directly across the street from the boardwalk, which was perfect for strolling down to the beach, pier and lighthouse. It was also directly across the street from the evening lighted fountain show, which was really cute. Jeanine was so easy to work with and went out of her way to meet our needs and make sure we had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this condo. Definitely plan to return, next time in the summer when we can enjoy the beach and take advantage of the area hiking."
