  • We were all very impressed with the home--so much nicer than staying in separate hotel rooms--

"My daughter who lives in Grand Rapids came over before our stay and the people that were staying asked her if she wanted to come in and check the place out--she reported that the stairs were pretty steep and not much else so we really didn't know what to expect---we had 7 adults and one 5 year old staying--when we 1st came in we were delighted that the house had a full stove, refrigerator, large dining room and two living rooms--2 baths were a plus also---my brother-in law and mother-in law could not come upstairs so they made do downstairs but the rest of us didn't feel that the stairs were a problem at all---the back yard was nice and the the two decks and table and chairs were great too---I hope that the neighbors did not have a problem with us as we had a family gathering on Saturday---we really didn't see the neighbors too much---parking across the street at the apartments was a great bonus too---things could not have gone any better other than the rain on Saturday! This was our 1st time using vrbo but it will not be our last---Thanks again Barb"

  • Perfect Weekend Getaway

"Traveled to Michigan to go to the Tulip Festival in Holland, but wanted to stay somewhere near the water. Found this lovely little condo in Grand Haven and it turned out to be a great choice. Loved the "loft" style condo with its wood beams and exposed brick. It was clean, cozy and well stocked. The location was great, right in the heart of town and directly across the street from the boardwalk, which was perfect for strolling down to the beach, pier and lighthouse. It was also directly across the street from the evening lighted fountain show, which was really cute. Jeanine was so easy to work with and went out of her way to meet our needs and make sure we had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this condo. Definitely plan to return, next time in the summer when we can enjoy the beach and take advantage of the area hiking."

  • Great Location between Holland and Grand Haven

"This house is perfect for 4 couples. Great for families, however small kids really need a watchful eye because of all the steps. This house was very clean. The house has 4 levels, master on 4th level and the other bedrooms are on the 3rd level. Main living on the 2nd floor. There is plenty of room for everyone. The basement has all the beach supplies anyone would need, toys, chairs, umbrella's you name it they have it. You have your own private beach and right around the corner is an area for beach volleyball if you like. A short walk down the board walk makes walking to the beach very easy. Wonderful Lake Michigan views from the house and most of the bedrooms. The screened in porch is great. We spent most of our time on the front deck. There are no complaints. The owners were easy to work with. I hope to go back to this house again. I really like the dates in/out being on Friday's it's so much better than Saturday-Saturday. (when you get home from your trip, you still have the weekend to catch up before going back to work) Another great trip to Lake Michigan!"

  • Great location!

"My family of 5 (3 children, ages 11-18) have been coming to Grand Haven for the last 6 years, for a week each summer. The last 3 years we have stayed at 302 Clinton and it is perfect! Daily biking and walks to downtown and the boardwalk. We love to grill out and eat on the string-lit deck, relax and read a book on the front porch or enclosed side porch, family dinners around a big table, relax and watch a little TV, walk downtown and get a delicious ice cream cone at Sweet Temptations (raspberry chocolate chip!) and watch the Musical Fountain, souvenir shopping downtown and my kids love Krissy's Kandies and Fortino's for sweet treats and chocolates. Don't forget to stop at Butch's Beach Burritos or grab a couple Pronto Pups on your way to the beach. This home it the perfect choice to enjoy all that Grand Haven has to offer!"
