  • Spacious and convenient

"This place is huge! There is plenty of space for entertaining, with two living rooms, a dining room, a full kitchen, and an outdoor patio. There is also a nice separation between bedrooms if you are planning on multiple families / couples. We brought our black lab with Renee's permission and it was perfect for him. The location is very walkable to the downtown area and even better if you have a bike. The missing star is due to the rather uncomfortable beds. Also, we felt the checkout time at 10:30am was a bit early. However, Renee did allow us to checkin early so she may be willing to work with you on times. A train never came through so we never got our smashed pennies! Maybe next time. :)"

  • Perfectly beautiful!

"My family of four spent a long weekend here and it was perfect! The condo was just as pictured and beautiful. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to all downtown shopping and restaurants. The Grill Room is a definite recommendation, as is the Pump House. We will definitely be back again!!"

  • Great stay - thanks Nancy!

"We also decided at the last minute to spend a few days in Grand Haven. I requested a reservation and Nancy responded within 15 minutes! She was very helpful throughout our stay - answering questions like where are extra towels, where should we eat, etc. Our family (3 children between 8 - 13 plus a dog) had a great mini vacation. The house is clean and nicely painted. The beds are comfortable. We biked everywhere from the house - attended the light show 2 nights, biked to North Shore, South Shore, etc. The house doesn't include salt, pepper, etc. but there are plenty of dishes, pans, even tupperware. The street is busy but the children could walk to Culver's for a shake and there's a small park just down the street. We recommend this property!"

  • Great Value, Cozy Home Away From Home

"We spent a week here with our two kids (5 and 7 years old) and absolutely loved it. The house is cute, spacious, and clean, and has pretty much everything you need, whether or not you plan to do much cooking at home during your stay. The immediate neighborhood isn't particularly scenic, but it's quiet and close to everything — Walgreens, Starbucks, and other chain stores a few blocks to the east; downtown and the river a comfortable walk or very short drive to the west; and the beach at the state park just a few minutes' drive away. There are some terrific local restaurants within 2-3 blocks of the house, and plenty more downtown and elsewhere in the area. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful before, during, and at the end of our stay, with lots of great recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a great time, and our kids are begging us to stay here again as soon as we can. I think we'll take them up on it!"
