  • Perfect Weekend Getaway

"Traveled to Michigan to go to the Tulip Festival in Holland, but wanted to stay somewhere near the water. Found this lovely little condo in Grand Haven and it turned out to be a great choice. Loved the "loft" style condo with its wood beams and exposed brick. It was clean, cozy and well stocked. The location was great, right in the heart of town and directly across the street from the boardwalk, which was perfect for strolling down to the beach, pier and lighthouse. It was also directly across the street from the evening lighted fountain show, which was really cute. Jeanine was so easy to work with and went out of her way to meet our needs and make sure we had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this condo. Definitely plan to return, next time in the summer when we can enjoy the beach and take advantage of the area hiking."

  • Great Area

"My family including three generations, celebrated my 70th birthday here. We found the house to be very comfortable for the 9 of us. We loved the fact that we could bring our dogs. There is plenty of space to spread out or hang out together. Our daughter and her family live close by in MI. She brought her canoes and kayaks , which we could launch from the private beach and boat dock. Unfortunately the weather was too windy to get much use of the beach and water front, but our daughter did enjoy one sunset paddle in her kayak. We had family fly in to nearby Grand Rapids which was a quick drive away. There are lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy in Holland and surrounding areas. The beach's of Lake MI are like being at the Ocean. We would definitely book this home again."

  • Beautiful Cottage!

"We had a wonderful week in the Green Cottage! We had 5 adults in our group and were very comfortable in the cottage. We really enjoyed eating our meals in the new screened in deck! The deeded access to Bass Lake was nice and we used it a couple times to cool off in the lake. We also went into Ludington for the SS Badger fireworks on Independence Day and for breakfast and dinner, the house is so close to Ludington and Pentwater which is perfect. Charles Mears State Park/Pentwater Beach is a nice as we remembered! We were so happy that the red chairs have been replaced by two comfy La-z-Boy recliners! Only a two minor issues: a funky mildew smell throughout the house and the front screen door kept getting jammed and we got stuck in/out of the house. Overall we loved the location of the house and the comforts of the living space and kitchen! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!"
