  • Great Getaway Lakehome

"Have stayed here multiple times -- you will not be disappointed! Beautiful and secluded lake home with gorgeous sunrises, 2 sided wrap around deck, full kitchen, and great fishing on Birch lakes. All the extras that make it convenient too -- restaurants, fishing gear and bait, groceries, golf, casino with entertainment, etc. nearby. Make it a quiet getaway weekend, or a fun filled activities trip -- your choice whichever way you like it."

  • We had a great visit!

"Well kept home on a large lot overlooking a pond. Short drive to town, and about 20 minutes to Itasca State Park. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and the fire pit. Were a bit concerned about the lack of blinds for sleeping (as mentioned in other reviews), but the bedrooms' windows all face north and west, so we were not really affected by the early morning sun. The kids slept in without any problems, as did we in the master bedroom. Sure beat staying in a hotel."

  • Wonderful, Spacious Home on a Quiet Lake

"We had a great family week at this lake home. The pictures don't do it enough justice. It is a very nice home and had plenty of pace to easily sleep our family of 10 (seven adults, three kids), and could have fit a few more without a problem. The yard is quite large, including a fire pit down by the lake, with firewood provided. The lake is fairly small and quiet, which I view as a plus, yet plenty large enough for tubing and water skiing. The fishing was great as well for bass and good size sunfish. Swimming was OK but not great off the dock, but there is a nice shallow sandy-bottom area to go to across the lake by the inlet from the other lake. We also like to jump off the boat in the middle of the lake, and the lake is plenty deep for that. We brought our own boat (note: the inlet into the lake is shallow but passable), but there is a pontoon for rent. David was excellent to work with, very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We have rented several different lake homes in this area in recent years, and this was our favorite."

  • Everything was supplied. Very clean. Nicely decorated.

"We stayed at this property for NYE. We enjoyed not only the townhouse but the restaurant/bar and pool as well. We had a blast and loved the space."
