"We were absolutely delighted with this rental! The cabin is newly renovated, charming, clean and welcoming. It has a beautiful view of Gull Lake with a spacious, partially wooded lot and easy lake access. The cabin is well lit (skylights and expansive front windows) and well laid out. We were really very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Tom and Karen could not have been nicer. There were 7 of us and we were comfortable in the 4 bedrooms. You are guaranteed to have a fun and relaxing time while in the Brainerd Lakes area while staying at this cabin - I highly recommend."

"Our group of 8 stayed at Sherry's beautiful lake home for four nights. The home is beautifully decorated and was furnished with everything we needed. The fire pit was one of our favorite places. We also enjoyed swimming off the dock. Sherry's suggestions for places to go for dinner and food to try were spot on. The home is in close proximity to many restaurants, bars, and breweries. Sherry is wonderful and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely go back!"

"My wife and I stayed at pinewood cottage for a short relaxing honeymoon. The place was very clean and a good fit for what we were looking for. The Lake is small, secluded and very quiet. The cabin gets pretty warm during the day/evening as it sits on top of a 3 stall garage and has no a/c(pretty typical in my eyes though). There are some fans in the place which certainly helped! There was no shampoo or soap in bathroom and not much for condiments in the kitchen. We were also told there was wifi but we could not get our phones or lab top to connect(could've easily called Sue to troubleshoot but wasn't a huge issue for us). Overall it's a very nice little place and we were pleased with our stay. Sue is extremely easy to work with and the price is certainly fair. Good chance we will come back for another getaway!"
