  • Great property, excellent location

"The property was excellent, very upscale and full of amenities. Worth every penny and would definitely stay again. Great location, isolated enough to not worry about disturbing neighbors but easy to get to town."

  • Excellent Stay

"We stayed for 4 nights and were a mix of adults and small kids (age 4-6). We had a great time and would definitely come back. The location is great -- very close to downtown Nisswa and the lake is great that is on the Gull chain so you can have access to the other lakes and the amenities provided there (rental places, Zorbaz, gas, etc), but nice because you are at the end so you don't have a ton of traffic coming through. Only bad part is it takes a while (maybe 30-40 minutes) to get to Gull being as you have to go through a lot of channels. As described, the cabin is pretty secluded and quiet, but also not far from the main road. We rented a jetski from Lake Fun Rentals -- had a great experience renting from them. The beach area is small, but the kids had fun playing in the sand. The bottom of the lake is pretty rocky. Enjoyed the firepit and the outdoor patio table overlooking the lake. Also is nice that there are a number of outdoor chairs to use. It'd be great to have been able to use the pontoon for an additional fee. The owner was easy to deal with and I would recommend this cabin -- thanks Tim for a great stay!"

  • Awesome home and property! Beautiful yard and the lake shore is great!

"We have rented homes over the past seven years in the Brainerd Lakes Area. This home by far was the best! The owners were very good to work with and also very helpful...We cannot wait to go back!"

  • Great rate for a bright, lovely little house near the lake

"With prior permission, we were allowed to bring our dogs with us to stay, and that always makes for a more relaxed time away. THANK YOU! The house is super cute, clean, and cozy. It is basically one door away from the lake, and that made for easy ice fishing, as well as an easy walk to the new brewery, the grocery store, and many other amenities. We only used one bed, but it was comfortable with nice clean bedding. The kitchen is well appointed, and the furniture is very comfortable. The one and only complaint I have is that there was an overabundance of air fresherners in the house. It hit us the second we opened the door. For some reason, this sparked some kind of allergic reaction for my wife. She was pretty miserable for a while. We gathered all we could find and stowed them away, but the strength of the aroma was overpowering still. Having said that, I would come back to this great little spot in a heartbeat. I think I would just ask that the air fresherners be removed before we arrived. Thanks again!"
