  • A heaven on earth vacation!

"What wonderful memories from this vacation at a beautiful property on Lake Waconia. The sunrises to the sunsets were reminders of the peacefulness and serenity of nature. Variety of activities were available for our grandkids and adult children as they had fun playing croquet, paddle boarding, swimming off the dock, building sand castles on the sandy beach, and grilling out meals and eating s'mores at the bonfire. We felt very safe in the neighborhood as we talked with friendly neighbors and enjoyed daily walks. I would highly recommend this rental lake home in the summer as there is so much to do. We plan to return soon as we felt right at home here🤗񕰼️"

  • Beautiful, quiet, peaceful space.

"The nest was clean and well equipped. Everything we needed. Chyrstina and Cary communicated every detail very effectively and were very nice. Will definitely stay again."

  • Quiet and restful week at the lake house

"Steve met us at the house and showed us around; we rented the canoe and paddle boards, so he had these out and ready for us. The entire week was a treat! With Lunds/Byerly's close by, we were able to stock the fridge and eat well in that great little kitchen. The deck out back has two very nice lounge chairs for enjoying the breezes off the lake and the view of the water. We spent time out on the water to enjoy the lovely Minnesota October days. We also went into Wayzata, Excelsior, and took bikes out on the trails. Good restaurants nearby (Dakota Station was very good with their farm-to-table options), good access to Minneapolis, too. I agree that a king bed upstairs would be a terrific addition to the house, but we slept well and stayed warm. Wifi was fast, TV was fun since we don't keep up with cable at home. Recently renovated, the house is cute, cozy and perfect for a small family, especially one with teenagers. Steve and Sam were courteous and helpful with our questions. Sam even went out and purchased a tire pump to keep at the house so we'd have one in case of tire trouble. Highly recommended for a true Minnesota experience. We topped off the week with a weekend stay at Radisson Blu which is attached to the Mall of America. It was very nearly a perfect trip. Thank you Steve and Sam!"

  • Comfortable Minneapolis house

"This small, one bedroom house is well furnished, updated appliances and bathroom. Fine laundry room. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed as well. Snow was removed promptly on two mornings of my stay."
