  • Perfect for any season!

"Beautiful home on Lake Minnetonka is a perfect place to be during any season! We've spent time at this cozy home in the Summer and enjoyed the fun on the lake, boating and tubing, playing yard games in the spacious yard and relaxing on the deck with an amazing view of the lake. During the winter, it's a cozy place to hang with family and friends...ice-fishing or skating is always an option on the lake, too! The main floor of this home was recently renovated and is modern and clean, yet comfy. The kitchen is bright and open to the living area. A perfect set-up for socializing with a group. The linens and beds are clean and comfortable. The home is located close to a grocery store, liquor store, gas station and restaurant for easy access to necessities if needed...yet, you feel like you are staying at a fancy cabin on the lake when you are here! Highly recommend!"

  • Charming Duplex!

"Nine of us (three generations of our family) utilized both sides of this duplex. It was pristinely clean, very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood (many pretty flowers this time of year) and it was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to visit. Parking was easy, wifi reliable, and the kitchen was well supplied with plenty of cookware/plates/glasses and utensils. Angie was very responsive to emails, and answered all of my questions promptly. I would happily recommend this property to friends and relatives!"

  • Hidden treasure

"Looks like a regular house on the outside, but the inside will blow you away!!! The owner Anton has put a lot of thought and detail into the property to make it look and feel like an old world cabin with all the modern amenities hidden ever so cleverly, the owner is close by ,but is in no way intrusive. my husband and I stayed as a romantic weekend getaway for the first two nights and it was wonderful , just close enough to the city but yet far enough away , the last night we invited some old friends from the area over to the property for a few glasses of wine and cards and listened to the great sound system for hours, and our friends were just as impressed with the interior of the property! Anton the owner was helpful with giving us suggestions for local eateries and places to get needed items we forgot to pack, the owner was also kind enough to leave a bottle of wine for us at the beginning of our stay! We plan to visit the area again soon and this is where we will be staying, only this time we will be bringing two of our children. The place is accommodating enough for a small family as it's close to MOA and small enough for a cozy romantic getaway. I would highly suggest this property to couples who like to stay in and enjoy each other's company but like the convenience of being close to the city . Thank you Anton for such a wonderful stay and letting us share in what appears to be your love of woodworking, can't wait to see you again sometime soon!"

  • Fantastic Experience, Fabulous Trip

"I spoke with the owner prior to renting this property and he was very helpful in explaining the area and the houses amenities. He was always available to answer questions or offer tips on things to do in the area. The house is very nice and offers a great "flow". The kitchen is well appointed and easy to work in. The appliances are top notch. The bedrooms and beds were all comfortable and all the toiletry items/towels/pots/pans were high quality. The house it self offered high tech features from the new HVAC system, a keyless entry system and Wi-Fi to premium cable in every bedroom and the living room. That being said, who wanted to be inside watching TV? We were outside most of the time fishing and swimming or enjoying the fire pit. We also enjoyed watching all the gorgeous boats travel past the house. It is a no wake zone which is on the way to a public access marina and we saw so many beautiful and unique boats go by all day long. My kids called it "a boat parade". We rented a boat which was very convenient and easy to do. Downtown Wayzata was a quick drive, or even quicker boat ride away and offered great shopping and exceptional dining options. It was an "up north" experience which was in close proximity to a "West Palm Beachish" atmosphere. We had a great time and we look forward to returning."
