  • Amazing location and views

"My family stayed here for a long weekend July 14-17. This was our second time staying here and plan to return next summer! The views are stunning (wake up early for a sunrise... wow!) and the location is peaceful. You can be as active as you want, with all that the North Shore has to offer. But it's just as lovely to simply relax and take in the views from the deck. The house is very clean and well-equipped with all that you need (my family stocked the kitchen and cooked all of our meals). Dave is awesome to communicate with - quick to respond and has some really helpful tips for the area. Highly recommended."

  • Fabulous location and property!

"I traveled from California to spend a week on the north shore, as I love Lake Superior. This townhouse is extremely nice, with a wonderful lake view, very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, just what 'the doctor ordered'! I would definitely return. The owner was attentive, townhouse was very clean, basically everything provided that was needed in kitchen, bathrooms, etc., (well, I did have to supply my own food :) ). If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax, and / or explore the nearby state parks, this is it!"

  • Fantastic!!!

"What a gorgeous, fabulously located cabin perched atop the cliff's edge with expansive views of Lake Superior right out the back windows, to include the master bedroom. We loved the convenient heat provided by the geothermal heat system and the kind of cozy, romantic, warming fire that can only be provided by a wood stove. The kitchen was stocked with all the home appliances, dishes and pans one would need. Hiking trails can be found EVERYWHERE within five minutes of the cabin. Groomed cross country ski trails are within a 10 minute drive from the cabin. Clearly, we loved our stay at the Palisade Cabin along Superior's North Shore."
