  • Very nice house

"We enjoyed our time at the property, snowmobile trail access could be troublesome with low snow conditions."

  • Remote location -

"The house is impressive. Everything functioned well. Couple of notes for future renters If you have a large group plan on supplying your own plates, cups, and utensils. Plenty of cook ware, just light on settings for meals. Very limited glass ware. Snowmobilers - You are 6 miles from trails heads. Plan on trailering."

  • Secluded Coziness!

"This cabin is extremely cozy! This handcrafted log cabin is very warm and beautiful. It provided more than enough room for myself and 9 guests. We were fortunate enough to spend our time at the cabin in February during the winter. The beautiful drive alone through the secluded wooded trails leading to the cabin was an experience in itself having seen about 10 deers! During the day we enjoyed ice fishing on Caribou Lake which was accessible by foot. Fishing licenses were easily obtainable at a nearby convience & tackle store located just minutes away with friendly and welcoming staff. During the evening we enjoyed the wood fireplace, listened to music, and cooked food on the charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully stocked which made it very convienant when serving 10 people. There is plentiful beds and furnishings to make 10 people comfortable for a whole weekend. Peggy, the host, is very friendly and helpful. She made our stay worry-free and enjoyable. We were very pleased and grateful of our experience at this cabin. I am giving serious consideration on returning and I highly recommend this place."
