  • Incredible Property!!! Everything was perfect!

"Everything was amazing!!!! The building has a terrific layout, it is really like having 2 cabins for the price of one. We stayed in this building with another family and were pleasantly surprised to find we each had our own private space. What a great value!!! You would be hard pressed to find better lake shore....level, hard sand, amazing views, and crystal clear water. I would highly recommend this place. We had a blast!!"

  • Perfect getaway!

"My husband and I decided last minute to take a quick trip up the shore for a mini moon after our wedding. This property looked perfect and we were so glad that they accepted our two dogs. Upon arrival we could not believe how beautiful the cabin truly was. The owners were such kind people as well. I would absolutely recommend taking a vacation here!"

  • Relaxing get away on the shores of Lake Superior.

"This home was a wonderful find! We loved the sunlit living room, comfortable furnishings and layout of the home. It's conveniently located near Lutsen, Grand Marais and great hiking. This will stay in my "favorites" folder! We did have to learn how to manage the skylight venting but once we switched to manual it was great."

  • Relaxing Bass Lake

"The property was well clean, well maintain, and the pictures of the house inside and out were accurate. Inside the house was very tasteful in decor and very clean. We did not see the property manager all week, but had access to him by cell phone, if we needed his assistant. Easy access to the lake with a flat ground and a beautiful new dock to go on to your boat. The house was not far from Grand Rapids less than 20 minutes away to get groceries or just to visit shops. The lake was nice size not too large and had islands to fish around as well as a natural shore line with many lily pads and reeds for bass to hide. Bass lake was large enough for jet skis and tubing, if you are interested, but also many quiet places for fishing and enjoying nature. Many times we saw the Bald Eagles fly over the lake as well as other variety of birds such as lake heron, ducks, and those beautiful haunting sounds of the loons. In addition, the beautiful hummingbirds and a Baltimore Oriole visited their feeder on their large deck. We would of given it 5 stars, if the appliances and furniture were updated. The couch, love seat, and chair look nice, but the seat cushions were not firm so it was hard to get out of as well as the major appliances in the kitchen were old such as the stove had to be unplug every time we cook because an error code kept coming on. We cook so that is something important to us. Finally, the bed mattress in the main bedroom was saggy and not firm at all so it needs to be replace."
