  • Nice home, conviently located.

"Our stay at Mari's house was wonderful. We were close enough to downtown to walk but also near very nice parks in a residential area. The house is clean, comfortable, well maintained and nicely decorated. Mari was very accommodating and friendly."

  • Clean, Updated Two-bedroom Apartment in a Location 10 Minutes from The Mayo Clinic

"My young adult daughter and I stayed here for three weeks while she was at The Mayo Clinic. The last time we were in Rochester we stayed in a hotel that was walking distance from her appointments. With this being an extended stay this time we wanted to find a 2-bedroom solution so that we could each have our own space. Kellie's apartment met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is well-equipped (she even went out and bought a blender prior to our arrival upon inquiry about whether or not one was available) and the appliances were all clean and up to date. There were plenty of cleaning supplies provided for kitchen and bathroom. Washer and Dryer are in a small utility room right outside in the hallway and cost $0.75 per load. The HUGE flat-screen TV in the living room provided a wonderful distraction for us during most evenings as we watched the Summer 2016 Olympics. The neighbors are quiet so there were no problems with noise. Also, this is a ground floor apartment and very easily accessed from either the back door or front door to the building. No, this is not in the Mayo Clinic neighborhood-- but it was well worth the 10-minute drive to have two bedrooms for our extended stay-- and there was never a problem with traffic, even with 37th Street under construction the whole time we were there."
