  • Great Area

"My wife and I stayed at the cottage for our 40th wedding anniversary, the cottage was great, Scott and his wife made us feel welcome when we met them. We had a great time and want to thank them for a great stay. We were close to the beach and the harbor and a short distance from downtown Ocean Springs. We will return in the future and will tell all that you will enjoy the area and your stay at the cottage. May God bless them."

  • Fully stocked kitchen, great owners

"We booked last minute when we were in a bit of a bind. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit is beautiful - granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wooden cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imagine. My kid's birthday is tomorrow, and at most places, I'd be hoping for a whisk to make a cake. Not here - there's a hand mixer. Full knife block, complete set of pans that have not been incinerated by prior guests. The master bath has an enormous two person tub and an oversize shower stall. Check in was really smooth. The building is very secure (magnetic locks plus door locks and chains) and has a security guard. It's so quiet I'd think I was living in a detached house. The views of the ocean are incredible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet beach condo, especially anyone who likes to cook! (Not ticking the box for "people with disabilities" because the doorways are narrow, the lines aren't straight, and the doors are heavy - it would more challenging in a wheelchair. There aren't bars, and the appliances are not ADA friendly. You absolutely have to have a car in this part of Biloxi - everything is at least a mile away except the casino and the beach. Pets aren't allowed. Otherwise, it's good for everyone.)"

  • Better than a hotel

"If you are a couple looking for a clean, quiet place to spend a few nights then this is a great option. This is a one bedroom with a fold out couch located at the back end of the property. Although it is near train tracks (which I thought was neat since I like trains) this is not an issue. I think two trains came by each night we were there and I only heard them briefly since I was up. My wife never heard them and she is a light sleeper. Don't let this be a deterrent. There is a full fridge, silverware, cups, plates, a dishwasher, coffee maker (filter kind) microwave, and pretty much whatever you would have at home. Mr. Cooper replied quickly to my requests and was easy to work with. The location is across from Shaggy's restaurant and the gift shop with the giant shark mouth. We were in between Treasure Bay Casino (about 1.5 miles away) and Beau Rivage on the other side a couple of miles away just as a reference point. Easy access to everything. We will return if able."

  • Great condo!

"This was a very nice condo, with the pool just out the front door. The beach is a block away and the casinos aren't far as well! It was very clean and maintained. An absolute must stay."
