  • Quiet Family Getaway

"This property is right on the gulf. During high tide the water is lapping at the deck posts. The weather was chilly so we can't tell you much about the swimming but the water seems shallow. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We enjoyed just sitting on the deck enjoying the sunsets and the beautiful sea breeze. We also took long walks on the beach. I've heard people have seen a lot of wild life but we mostly only saw sea birds. The owner is very helpful and I would definitely recommend staying here."

  • Beautiful!

"Beautiful condo, perfect location.Beds were comfy. I'd ask for more trash bags... 2 wasn't enough and I'd also say the $200 cleaning fee is excessive beings you have to clean up everything shy of washing the linens and sweeping/mopping. My mom is a professional housekeeper, at 25/HR it's hard to hit a $200 in cleaning fee, overall though, absolutely great and would stay again!"

  • Cottage Hideaway at the Beach

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Camellia Cottage!! Jeannie has gone out of her way to create a magical little hidden gem. The house, itself, is perfect for 2 people and 2 dogs. Which is great because that's how we travel. Please pay attention to all of the detail of the property. From the beautiful crystals hanging in the beautiful live oak that greets you in the driveway to the beautiful glass stones sprinkled into the gravel path, you just won't believe that a place like this exists. The home and property are well maintained and clean. The decor is just perfect (I wanted to steal the cool lamp with the old-school beach town shade). We live in vacation homes full-time and have rented 19 homes in the past 17 months. None have been more magically creative like Camellia. This isn't just a home, it's an experience. We absolutely recommend that you rent here and make sure to have dinner with Jeannie while you're here. How can you not love a fellow dog lover? Things to do: walk the beautiful neighborhood including the old cemetery, walk or drive to the beach, eat all-you-can-eat sushi at Ichiban (just around the corner) spend a day in Biloxi or Gulfport, have a massage or facial at the Red Lily, drive to Mobile and check out the battleship, or just sit on you patio and enjoy your private little piece of heaven. We'll be back!!"

  • Perfect stay for a get away... Close to everything, easy access, and had everything you made need.

"Perfect for a getaway. Much more comfortable for a party of 2, but does accommodate 4. Close to everything and easy to get to. Clean and comfortable."
