  • Nice place, Great Location

"Clean, comfy house, didn't trigger my asthma. King bed is VERY soft. On-site manager was responsive. Heat & air-conditioning; washer-dryer, internet all great. Large gas stove/cooker and full-size refrigerator. Six blocks to the beach, six blocks to friendly, clean YMCA with pool. If you're a serious cook, bring prep tools & preferred pots. Small footprint house, dining room table seats four in tiny chairs. Dog loved yard, complete with squirrels to chase, cat donations to munch, and bugs to adopt. Shaggy's on the beach has wonderful GF seafood. Wheelchair access: part-timers only, Front door has forty-five degree threshold at end of 30 feet of pea gravel. Hallway is wide enough but bedroom setups prevent entry or turnaround. Kitchen counters are higher than standard. Even small manual could not fit in bathroom. In Ocean Springs, the pavement/sidewalk (where it exists) is frequently impassable, barely 32" wide, many walkers also travel in street, drivers were accommodating."

  • Beautiful lil cottage. Peaceful! Close to downtown.

"Very nice place. Very clean, peaceful, a great place to decompress , unwind, away from a hectic life. Close to the heartbeat of the town, but still very quiet. Beds are comfy. Overall the place is just like home! Barbara did a great job. We will return. Thanks Barbara!! V&T from Houston Tx."

  • Better than a hotel

"If you are a couple looking for a clean, quiet place to spend a few nights then this is a great option. This is a one bedroom with a fold out couch located at the back end of the property. Although it is near train tracks (which I thought was neat since I like trains) this is not an issue. I think two trains came by each night we were there and I only heard them briefly since I was up. My wife never heard them and she is a light sleeper. Don't let this be a deterrent. There is a full fridge, silverware, cups, plates, a dishwasher, coffee maker (filter kind) microwave, and pretty much whatever you would have at home. Mr. Cooper replied quickly to my requests and was easy to work with. The location is across from Shaggy's restaurant and the gift shop with the giant shark mouth. We were in between Treasure Bay Casino (about 1.5 miles away) and Beau Rivage on the other side a couple of miles away just as a reference point. Easy access to everything. We will return if able."
