  • This bijou property is furnished with everything you need.It is also spotlessly clean

    "Everything worked, it is in a perfect location - across the road to the beach and a nice 5 minute walk to Pass Christian shops. Very quiet neighbourhood. If we are ever in this area again we would definitely return to this property."

  • The Place to Stay in Natchez

    "This was our second visit to the Chicken Coop and it was every bit as delightful as the first. The house was immaculately clean, comfortable, and handsomely decorated and there was an abundance of cookies and lemonade. Although the house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with abundant greenery all around, giving it a rural feel, it is just a few blocks from historic downtown Natchez. Britton and Jimmy are the perfect hosts. We didn’t even consider staying anywhere else on our return trip to Natchez."

  • Lovely historical house

    "This is the second time that our family has stayed at this location. This house has so much charm and history. Our kids loved being able to stay on the screened porch without having to worry about bugs. The property is just a few blocks away from the beach and once you are there, you pretty much own the beach."

  • A+++ Rental

    "A Texas friend met in BSL because it is a half way meeting point for us. We were not aware we were arriving during the Crusin the Coast event, but we were able to find our way around it. The bungalow was most comfortable and extremely clean. There is an amazing registered oak tree "Rex" on the property. In all its glory it continually drops acorns on the tin roof. That and the dogs across the street were the most noise we had. Lots of good places to eat and shop. The locals are delightful. The beach was clean and serene in the afternoon with convenient parking. BSL can be summed up as an interesting, lazy, quaint beach town. A delightful place to visit!"
