  • Terrific birthday/reunion

"Had a terrific time in the Legacy. Celebrated a birthday with many family members that hadn't gotten together in years. So wonderful to spend time in the same house catching up, cooking and celebrating. It was a vacation we won't soon forget. Better than expected."

  • Home away from home!

"We spent a few nights here with our family of 5 and couldn't have picked a more perfect place!! Amazingly clean and super comfortable! The condo was centrally located for all that Branson has to offer, but is away from the hustle and bustle, tucked away in a quiet and gated community. The pool was refreshing and perfect for our family to relax after a day of fun in the sun. The owners, Bruce and Sharyn are kind, professional, and easy to work with. They were very prompt and answered all of my questions prior to booking. They truly care about their property and making sure their clients have a great vacation. I would recommend this property to anyone! I know when we return to Branson, we will be staying here again!"

  • Couples Retreat

"Dave! Thanks so much for letting us stay at your house. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for the 5 couples. The trip was so relaxing and the house accommodated us all perfectly. Even though, the couples wanted TV's in their rooms that was the only fuss. I thought it was perfect because it gave them time to hang out together as husband and wife and then hang with the other couples watching the all star game. We would love to visit again."

  • Spacious, Clean and a Fantastic View

"My family of 4 just returned from spending a week here. The condo was very spacious - 3 large bedrooms, a huge kitchen and comfy living area. The kitchen was nicely equipped and was a pleasure to cook in. Plenty of pots and pans to get the job done as well as the other necessary equipment. We also appreciated the ice maker and filtered water from the refrigerator. The beds were cozy and the bathrooms roomy. The whole place was very clean and seemed well maintained. Like many others, our favorite spot was the deck overlooking the lake. Sunsets were stunning and catching the full moon over the lake wasn't bad either! The condo is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator - but it's worth the steps for the view. While in Branson, we took in the Branson Scenic Railway, Silver Dollar City (and Kelly is right, this is the perfect spot for getting into that park - a 5 minute drive without all the traffic hassle), The Presley's Country Jubilee, the Ducks tour of Table Rock Lake, the IMAX movie on the National Parks, the dam visitor's center and we capped things off with the backstage tour of Sight and Sound Theater (totally worth it and the cheapest entertainment at $5/person!) and then the production of Moses. Of course, we also did some shopping at the Landing and other various venues and had some great food - BBQ at Danna's BBQ & Burgers, ice cream at Andy's, and the best burgers at Billy Bob's. We highly recommend all of these activities and restaurants. A note for those who may be visiting off season - we were not aware that school starts in mid-August here. (Our schools at home begin the day after Labor Day.) The plus side of that is that the crowds were minimal and while we experienced some traffic in downtown Branson, from the stories we've heard, it was nothing like what it is mid-summer. We were able to get terrific seats for all of the shows we wanted to see and had no trouble being seated at restaurants. The negative side is that not everything is open every day. Since we came the week that school began, most attractions and shows were still running, but on a limited schedule so we just had to switch the days we planned to attend. As the off-season progresses, less things are open. Branson would still be a place that I would visit, even without the normal tourist attractions. The Ozarks are enough of an attraction for me."
