We were in KC for a family vacation. This property was perfect! It is as cute, cozy, and clean as the pictures and description reflect. Well stocked (pots, pans, spices,erc) so you can cook in and eat on the back porch. Great location to many stores, restaurants, and activities within 10 to 30 minutes. Tammie quickly provided a variety of suggestions of activities and restaurants while making herself available for more options if interested. This may sound odd, but the shower had great water pressure and the shower head was mounted high. This is great for us because I have thick, long hair and often find a trickle of water at many rentals, and my son 6'5" and enjoyed not having to squat down. The simple things make a difference. Even though the house seemed close to the airport and not far off the highway, it was a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and Tammie was a great host. We will stay here if we find ourselves in KC again, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Tammie!

Centrally located. House is spacious, very clean, very well stocked with all your needs. Sponsors are very attentive and respond quickly to all visitor inquiries. Whenever we are back in Kansas City this is the only place we would stay.

The property was very clean and spacious. The neighhood was quiet and well kept. Eventhough our visit was for a family member funeral, this home worked well for my family. Cody was very responsive to my communications. I recommend this property to anyone travelling with adult family members. Will stay again when visiting under different circumstances. Loved everything about the place. Location is easy access to Interstates and local water parks.

Very quiet and close to a cute little “mountain” style town! House slept 10 perfectly and had everything we needed! Hot tub was great after a long day of walking! Would stay here again!

The neighborhood and the location was very safe and nice. Easy to get to grocery store, within 5 minutes and about 15 minutes from downtown. Great, cozy but spacious and well decorated place. We loved it and would recommend to all our friends.
