  • Great Condo!

"We stayed at this condo for a girls weekend during Labor Day and loved it. There was plenty of sleeping space. It was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location with awesome access to the pool and the boat slips. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the water. I would definitely stay here again, and plan on it. The owner was quick to respond to emails. Very nice."

  • If this home is available for your dates, book it NOW!

"All rated 10: parking, driveway & garage access / elevator / bedrooms / bathrooms / kitchens / family friendly gathering areas / pool & decks / owner responsiveness / cleanliness / dock Details: PARKING: As you drive by other homes on the way to Sue's house on a dead end street you will truly appreciate the level parking for 8 cars just at the top of the driveway. You won't kill your knees walking down the driveway and you can load & unload right at the garage or the front door. ELEVATOR: Our 92 year-old father was able to be where the grandkids and great-grandchildren were whether playing games or watching from the covered deck right at the pool. I would assume it doesn't "legally" qualify as handicapped-accessible but no other house I researched came anywhere close to the ease for Dad whether on his walker or in a wheelchair. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: We had 17 people sleep very comfortably in beds (no one had to sleep on the floor or on a sofa). Lovely walk-in showers. There is one bathtub that we shared for the kids - 2 months to two- and -three- year -olds. KITCHENS: All 30 of us ate dinner on the main level. The fabulous island not only held loads of waffles, eggs, and bacon but served as one of our game tables. There's an ICE MAKER on the lowest level by the bar. KID FRIENDLY: Lots of space for 5 little kids to play together and still have all their aunts, uncles, etc have room to spread out. Curious George played on at the "theater". POOL: VERY kid friendly. Easy access and pool not too deep to feel you couldn't be right by their sides. Yet long enough to do short laps. Lovely balconies to sit if you didn't want to be in the water. SUE the owner couldn't have been more responsive for any of our questions or needs. DOCK: LOTS of fish caught & released right off the dock. We docked the pontoon we rented one afternoon. We also had another home just in the next cove that we used when sharing the jet-skis. Our entire family heartily endorses this home. Easily agree with other reviews that might say, WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!"

  • Guys Golf Outing - Fantastic place

"This is a really nice 4 bdr condo that overlooks the big Niagua. Well furnished, clean and neat. Plenty of pots, pans, etc to feed a crowd. Even had a big poker table in the loft area for some inside fun when it rained one night when we couldn't be on the patio. I would definitely come back here."

  • We will be back to this home.

"We loved our experience here. The house can sleep so many and the beds were comfy! Huge table outside and 2 grills. 2 coffee makers, dishwasher, washer and dryer, everything! Margarita machine was so fun. We loved that Lois provided everything! Towels, linens, shampoo, dishwasher soap, etc..... No wasted space in the home. Lois was so responsive and helpful to us before and during our stay. Location was perfect! Super short walk to Coconuts where our kids played in the sand, on the water slide, and we rented a boat. We will be back to Lois' house for sure!"
