            The property was perfect!

This property was perfect. It was right on the water and had a great view. It was also larger than I thought it would be. Ryan was great to work with and responded to my questions quickly. I would absolutely recommend this property and hopefully will be back!

            Right on the water!

Judi was wonderful to work with. While we were making our reservation, she was very quick to answer questions and provide additional details about their condo. We stayed Mon-Fri (07/10-14). After an initial hiccup with the deadbolt, we had no further issues with entering or leaving the condo. Not having to worry about keys was fabulous! The kitchen had all of the prep/cooking items we needed. I'm sure it is a logistical nightmare, but spices, ketchup, etc would have been handy. While we went to the grocery store, we didn't stock up on everything that we actually could have used. Hopefully the next renters appreciate the coffee we left behind. The unit was very clean. Towels are provided (although I rewashed them because they had a bit of a musty smell; I think they just need a good run through hot water & vinegar) for the bathrooms and pool. If you like big beach towels, you'll need to pack your own. We didn't discover them until the last day, but there are pool water chairs & floats under the master bed. The pool is small, but it was wet & the weather was HOT. Make sure you take sandals, the rocky pool deck surface gets VERY hot. The condo is right on the water. We were able to fish from the walkway. There is little boat traffic in this particular area (at least during the week), so it was extremely peaceful. Because of the hot temps, we did not use the deck much. They do have a ceiling fan that helps, but when hot air moves, it's still hot. We seemed to be about 10 mins from everything, so the condo was convenient. Originally we were going to rent a boat from Surdyke, but they were almost twice the price of another outfitter (and we couldn't get started until 2 hours later than we wanted). Biggest negative was that there was no grill on property.
