  • great family vacation

"Millenium Point is a beautiful property on right on the Lake of the Ozarks and has stunning views. The pictures were true to the actual property. The house has 4 full bedroom suites each with a bathroom and patios over looking the lake. The house layout was perfect for our 4 couples so each had their own suite...this would also be good for 4 families with children as each suite had 2 large beds. The kitchen and living area had high end furniture/appliances. Dining room was specious and sat 8 people. There is a boat dock next to the hosue that we were able to use at no cost for our rental boat. We also got a discount on our rental boat my mentioning the Millenial Point rental team. Only a few comments for future persons staying at the property, (1) the prior maid service failed to clean the oven and there were a some cobwebs in the house, however Chris the property manager said they would contact the maid service to ensure this was addressed for future stays, (2) the boat dock is on the main channel and get lots of waves from boat traffic on the channel, (3) wood on the outdoor decks is weathered and peeling."

  • Perfect Lake Getaway!

"This beautiful home located directly on the Lake of the Ozarks is the perfect place to stay! It is well-appointed, large bedrooms, lots of windows with beautiful lake views, and the decks overlook the lake. After staying at numerous properties in the Estates over the years, this property ranks as one of the best in the Estates at Tan-Tar-A."

  • Nice but not perfect.

"We LOVED the layout of this house. It was perfect for my family. We had 8 adults and 4 small children. Having so many bathrooms was wonderful, as well. I loved being able to cook and grill out at the house so we didn't have to mess with packing up the kids and finding somewhere to accommodate a large party. The laundry was a nice amenity to have so we could pack less. The screened porch was a lovely added touch as well. The estates made for a beautiful landscape while walking and jogging. The location was perfect for a quick trip to the store or any fun excursions one may choose. Now for the negatives. The floors were filthy and made our feet and socks black. My 8 month old required a nightly scrubbing of her knees and shins after crawling around on them. They needed a good shampooing/mopping for sure. Also they didn't vacuum under the sofas and shortly after we arrived my daughter pulled out a stale peanut and a beer bottle cap, which was pretty gross. Our bedroom, which was one of the basements units, was very noisy any time anyone moved upstairs. The floors are quite rickety. Another negative was that three of our four girls developed a skin rash while on vacation. I believe the pool was over using the chlorine since that was the only similarity between the three girls that we could come up with. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions or needs. I think if they fixed the pool and cleanliness issues it would make it an excellent place to stay."
