  • Perfect for our Cousin Reunion of 4 Couples

"This was our first stay at the Millennium Point house and it was unanimous from all 4 couples that we will be back. The VIEW of the lake is phenomenal and the space in the home was absolutely perfect. The dining table easily accommodated the 8 of us and could seat more if needed. As the pictures show, the four bedrooms are spacious and each has their own private bath. There is a large table on the deck just outside the living room door that was well shaded for morning coffee and conversation. The kitchen had everything we needed for eating dinner “in.” Parking was perfect for our 4 vehicles; the dock was great for fishing – basically functionality is perfect. Aesthetically speaking, we agree with some other reviews that some things are showing their age and a good power washing is needed. Because we were the first ones to arrive, my husband took the broom from the closet and walked around the outside knocking down cobwebs from around the doors from all exits of the home (including the bedroom doors). We understand it’s a heavily wooded area and this would be difficult to keep up. All in all – we all had a wonderful and awesome experience and we’re humbly grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful home."

  • Nice area, plenty of space!

"6 of us stsyed in the house & each had our own bed. That worked out quite well! We had adequate linens in the bathrooms & bedrooms. We used dishes for a group of 8, but many more were available. With the cooler weather, we enjoyed sitting on the deck & also used the grill. Though we were told to bring charcoal, the grill had a fairly full tank of propane gas. Our host quickly rectified our lack of coffee with a phone call, & that was terrific! A few upgrades that are needed: eliminating the musty smell, ants in an upstairs bathroom, regulating the water temp in the downstairs bathroom. Parking is difficult but doable. Imho, this is overpriced."

  • Perfect Lake Getaway!

"This beautiful home located directly on the Lake of the Ozarks is the perfect place to stay! It is well-appointed, large bedrooms, lots of windows with beautiful lake views, and the decks overlook the lake. After staying at numerous properties in the Estates over the years, this property ranks as one of the best in the Estates at Tan-Tar-A."
