  • The Perfect Family Vacation Location

"After taking about 16 months to plan a Family Vacation we ended up at probably the best spot we could have ever hoped to find. Troy and Teri's home is just perfect. We had 14 family members from 4 years old to 67 enjoying every minute of our stay. The lake front location was perfect. The secluded setting was perfect. The amenities were perfect. While preparing food for 14 people everyday, we had every utensil, appliance, and the necessary space for every meal. The home is beautiful and clean. The play room was great. We could have wished for nothing more. The memories we made will stay with our family for a life time. Thank you Troy and Teri for the most wonderful vacation. Anyone wanting a great vacation should choose this great home, you can't go wrong."

  • Perfect Getaway

"We have an ever growing family of 10 and this condo was PERFECT!! It's location is just close enough to all the sites of Branson, yet far enough away to feel like a true getaway. The easy walk to the waters edge was great and the deer feeding in the evening was something you don't see living in the city. The condo had everything we needed and more. My favorite thing was sitting on the patio in the early morning and again in the evening making s'mores. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, it took our family getaway from great to amazing!!!"

  • Extremely satisfied with our stay.

"Very comfortable 2 bedroom condo with an awesome view of the lake. Every morning we drank coffee on the balcony in the crisp fresh air watching fisherman zooming by to their fishing hole for the morning. Very quiet get-away, very few children at "The View" during our stay. Bob & Marla have book available with important numbers and instructions in addition to attraction brochures on the kitchen island, this was very helpful. I would not hesitate to rent this condo or any other property from the Bob & Marla. We had an active schedule in Branson and we looked forward to returning to the condo every evening to relax in luxury."

  • Lovely house. Great Lake access!

"Loved the quiet area and the house. House is super cute and has a fair amount of supplies to stay for awhile and is spacious and decorated very nice with good quality furniture, linens and supplies. Has one window unit Ac which worked ok for us since it wasn't very hot when we stayed but with more people and hotter temps would not have been good. I hate to be negative because I really like the house and lakefront property but a few things could be improved on to make this a five star vacation rental. I guess the only two things that would really make the house great is more Ac and curtains on the bedroom windows. I'm not a morning person and having good blackout curtains instead of bamboo shades would be really helpful to a good nights sleep. The beds and linens were great though and the entire house was super clean. I'm not sure at $200.00 a night I should have had to wash, dry, fold and put away the towels as they were originally were or washed, dried and put away all dishes either. I certainly dont mind cleaning up after myself but sorta missed a dishwasher. A fireplace, fire pit, hot tub, dishwasher would make this rental over the top! Perhaps it's best left this way, or it would never be available and so much more expensive. All in all a great property. Oh, make sure you fill out the contract at home and have fax or scan capability. It was 18 pages long and since I was traveling it cost me $26.00 bucks to print and fax back to them before I could get accepted and get access code. Not everyone plans in advance. I spent a year on the road traveling last minute from here to there and it was a hassle getting all that paperwork sent in when it really could be condensed into 2 or 3 pages at most. The $150.00 pet fee was sorts high also I thought. You could tell someone's dog in the sunroom had had many accidents. I kept the door shut because I was worried that my dog would be attracted to the stains on the carpet. I'm not sure what they were but I think pet stains. It didn't smell to me but obviously did to my dog."
