  • Home Away from home...

"What a wonderful home and Vanessa was so awesome to work with. It's hard to find accommodations that accept pets and she was great! Hotels? Never again when there's places like this! We were there over the 4th and the house is so close to great options for fireworks. We ended up in Whitefish to watch them over the lake. Also it's just a short drive to Glacier National Park which was our reason for visiting. Can't say enough about how comfortable and well stocked the house was along with an excellent location. This will be on the return list for sure! Highly recommended!"

  • Awesome!

"What a great place to stay. The main house along with the mini cabin right beside it couldn't have worked out better. Both places were very well kept. Clean, tidy, and the main cabin seemed new renovated. We were very comfortable there. The owners were also great people, so friendly and accomodating, they helped us have a great time. What was also a nice was being on the east end of Ashley Lake going intI town was not far at all and the gas station on the corner even closer. We loved the deck out by the lake, great place to sit and hang out. The back yard was awesome for kids, and they loved the darts. They have a private boat launch which was extremely convent to have. I would definitely come back to this property. If there was anything that could be improved on would be to have a Internet connection. Cell phone coverage is pretty non-existent out at the lake so an internet connection would be good, but at the same time it was nice to unplug for a few days. Great place!"

  • Look No Further! Wonderful Whitefish Property!

"If you are currently searching for a vacation rental in the Whitefish, Montana, area, your search is over! This property is exactly as advertised. Very secluded in a gated subdivision, this home is well-maintained and has many amenities. It is a gorgeous home that is well suited for the vacation traveler that wants to be near Glacier National Park, but doesn't want the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Your hostess, Meggen, is very quick to respond to your requests, and she is very attentive to detail. The home provides beautiful vistas as well as ample opportunities to see deer scampering around. It is quiet and serene. If you like to cook, you will find the kitchen and pantry well stocked, and before you go, search for information on the AGA stove in the gourmet kitchen. You will love cooking on this unique appliance. The beds are comfortable, and each bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom. There is plenty of space for sitting to enjoy a good book or to visit with your traveling companions. Whatever you want in your vacation rental, you will find here. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed being able to travel to the park, visit Kallispell and Whitefish, and even made a quick trip into Canada. Great location! Check the calendar and adjust your dates if needed. Great rental that we highly recommend!"

  • Quiet but close

"We stayed here with a group of 5 people and 1 dog with a plan of exploring Whitefish and Glacier. There was plenty of space for all of us and the house felt home-y. Our dog enjoyed playing with Mick next door (Mick is awesome at playing Frisbee by the way). The patio was great for enjoying a cool fall day. Some other features worth mentioning are that the house is on a quiet residential loop so there isn't much traffic. The loop is 1.5 miles which is great for walking the dog or getting in a quick jog. The drive time from the house to Apgar Village was only 35 minutes and we took multiple day trips into Glacier during our stay. The drive to Whitefish is a brief 8 minutes and we enjoyed our time there as well. Overall this house is what we were looking for: a quiet place to relax but within easy distance of the attractions of the Flathead valley and Glacier."
