  • The perfect location!

"Our stay in this beautiful home in Kalispell was wonderfully relaxing. Whitney and Dave were wonderful to work with, taking time to talk with us before we made the reservation, sharing information prior to our arrival, and checking in with us during and after our stay. They were very accommodating, friendly, and gracious. To our delight this property sits on a 200 + acre farm and has beautiful views of the mountains with wildlife wandering by every morning and evening as we enjoyed coffee and meals on the deck. A 10 minute walk to the end of the road you will find the South Branch of the Flat Head river. My son and I caught trout there during the evenings...what a plus! The home itself is very comfortable, spacious and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and it served our party of 7 adults easily. Whitney and Dave made sure we were connected with her father who does the caretaking of the property (he lives a couple of houses up the road) so all our needs were met. We enjoyed easy access to restaurants in Whitefish, Flathead Lake and Glacier National Park from this location. Make sure to fly into Glacier Park International Airport and you will be at the house in 10 minutes. It was so hard to leave!"

  • This was a great place for our family get together

"Our group of ten spent five days at this home and can't say enough good things about it. The owners were easy to work with and provided toys, a high chair, and a PAC and play for our preschoolers. The sledding hill provided hours of fun for the little ones as well as the adult kids. Other reviewers mentioned that the twin beds in the "kids room" were too small for adults but my sister and her husband (both 5'7") slept comfortably there. There were plenty of towels, appliances, and dishes for our group. We hope to return next Christmas!"

  • Serene escape from city-living!

"We love our home in the city, but when we vacation, we want a serene escape. Barefoot cabin lived up to the pictures and description. The owners were lovely and clearly have worked hard to make the cabin a 'home away from home' for their guests. The cabin was comfortably furnished and had those extra touches that made it so welcoming, we felt sorry to leave. We will most definitely be back."

  • Amazing views at this unique property

"We enjoyed returning to this place each day after exploring Glacier National Park. It was about a 20 min. drive to the West entrance. The view from the deck is stunning, so we had dinners and s'mores there every night. The solar power provided all the electricity we needed, and it was fun to see how much we used each day. Ty answered all our questions and took care of all our needs. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends."
