  • Great Cabin, Great Host

"A spectacular cabin out in the woods, prepared by a thoughtful, patient host. The pictures are accurate but do not fully capture the "in the woods" feeling that emanates from this experience. We skied, watched the snow come down, tended the cozy woodstove, and ate amazing meals produced from the impressive kitchen. Whitefish Ski Resort, the welcoming town of Whitefish, and the shopping amenities of Kalispell all were within minutes of the cabin while feeling like you are out in the woods. We slept wonderfully, appreciated the quiet of the site, saw several deer, and relaxed by the fireplace. The host communicated well. This will go down as an all-time family memory."

  • Great for a big reunion

"This was the best cabin in style adventure we could have ever asked for. There were 16 adults in total for a reunion/wedding. Pretty much the wedding party stayed up in the cabin. The hot tub was great, space was accommodating and tasteful. The kitchen was perfect for gathering. We had enough beds for everyone to sleep where needed and there was a big comfy couch that fit two. The view was amazing! We went hoping for snow and definitely got it. The lake was frozen over and gorgeous. We had no problem getting our cars there, even some that weren't exactly four wheel drive. It's close enough to town to get what you need but perfectly away for having peace and relaxation with family. I definitely recommend this place and will look forward to going back for more reunions. The owner was very friendly and answered our emails if we had questions there."

  • The perfect location!

"Our stay in this beautiful home in Kalispell was wonderfully relaxing. Whitney and Dave were wonderful to work with, taking time to talk with us before we made the reservation, sharing information prior to our arrival, and checking in with us during and after our stay. They were very accommodating, friendly, and gracious. To our delight this property sits on a 200 + acre farm and has beautiful views of the mountains with wildlife wandering by every morning and evening as we enjoyed coffee and meals on the deck. A 10 minute walk to the end of the road you will find the South Branch of the Flat Head river. My son and I caught trout there during the evenings...what a plus! The home itself is very comfortable, spacious and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and it served our party of 7 adults easily. Whitney and Dave made sure we were connected with her father who does the caretaking of the property (he lives a couple of houses up the road) so all our needs were met. We enjoyed easy access to restaurants in Whitefish, Flathead Lake and Glacier National Park from this location. Make sure to fly into Glacier Park International Airport and you will be at the house in 10 minutes. It was so hard to leave!"
