  • We recently stayed at Snowmoon Ranch and found it to be beautiful, clean, and very well equipped.

"My wife Katie and I had a wedding party at Snow Moon Ranch on August 20, and the site couldn't have been more perfect. From the absolutely gorgeous setting atop a grassy hill with amazing 360 degree views that include incredible vistas of the peaks in Glacier Park to the wonderfully warm lodge and apartment (both of which were super well-equipped, clean, and fabulously maintained) that easily accommodated ten of us to the conveniently accessible location that also allowed for all kinds of recreation and tourist activities, the property couldn't have been better for us. It was the ideal spot for our very special day and was the very best setting for a weekend of wonderful memories. We also greatly appreciated the fantastic recommendations from the owner for all of our party needs. Thank you, Lindsey. We will wholeheartedly recommend Snow Moon Ranch to all of our family and friends, and we will look forward to another stay ourselves. Todd Johnson Nevis, West Indies"

  • Exceeded Our Expectations!

"My hiking girlfriends and I just got back from our first big vacation together as a group and rented Apgar House. The house was much bigger than we thought it was going to be. I read a couple of reviews that said there was a shortage of hot water and towels. We didn't have either problem and we all took showers the same day and sometimes had both showers going and had plenty of hot water and towels. There were no plumbing problems or smells in the house. I think that the owners probably listen to the reviews and try to fix things right away. Is the master bath shower small? Yes, but really how much do you need to do in the shower. The house had everything we needed down to q-tips! Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. It's close to the shuttle stops and the lake is withing crawling distance, literally! Amanda was so welcoming and Kintla the park puppy was such fun. Booking was super easy, checking in was easy. I had a couple of questions before we got there and I got answers right away when I asked them. I can't think of anything bad to say about this house or the owners and management. We are thinking about going back one day. We would highly recommend this house!! Book early though because it is one of the few houses right in the park. We booked a year early and got a great rate."

  • Excellent place for a quiet getaway.

"We stayed here as a family for a week over New Years Day. Nice and quiet Cabin. Even with the 2 ft. of snow it was warm, snow cleaned away and ready for us. We have 4 children under 9 yrs. old and it fit us well. You will find these Cabins in a nice location and a nice place to stay."

  • Great place to stay!

"We came up for a week to stay at Glacier National Park. We had 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids), and some additional relatives joined us for part of the stay, renting out the smaller part of the house as well. We have stayed at multiple properties through VRBO over the years, and this was the best maintained property we have stayed with. Everything was in good shape, clean, and worked well. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! We had plenty of space and the boys enjoyed the bunk bed room (complete with a basket of wooden blocks). The house was quiet, the property is surrounded by woods and there is no appreciable road noise (there is an occasional train, and though I could hear it, it was not loud enough to be bothersome). The kitchen is small but we cooked a full dinner for 52 people in it one night without a problem, and the dining table fits quite a few around. The patio and deck areas provide good outdoor seating as well. There was plenty of space, so everyone could find somewhere to have some quiet time when they needed it. The house is 10-15 minutes from West Glacier, it was an easy drive and our host provided directions to the park from the house. Columbia Falls is 15 minutes away if you need a grocery store. The property is also about 5 minutes from the middle fork of the flathead river, which you will pass over on your way to Glacier. It is very cold water! but people do rafting/canoeing and swimming there (we found Lake McDonald in Glacier Park had warmer water). Overall I would definitely recommend this property if you have plans in Glacier National Park, or the surrounding area."
