  • Highly Recommend this Cabin!

"My husband and I recently stayed at this perfect cabin. We were seeking a little getaway with relaxation at the top of our list. That was easily achieved in such a well appointed and comfortable property. The kitchen has everything you'd need to prepare meals. The entire cabin is absolutely spotless! We enjoyed cross country skiing right out the door and had another ski along Lake McDonald in the Glacier Park. The location of this property is fantastic for enjoying all that the Park has to offer. What an amazing place to rest after long days of exploring the area. We did not want to leave! Thank you JJ and David for offering such a wonderful property. We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend this cabin!"

  • Beautiful cabin providing privacy with all the necessities a family needs.

"When we arrived, we were very happy with the cabin and the location. It's very private but close to hwy 2, which is the road we travelled to most of our destinations. We knew that there was no Wi-Fi or television channels and had been looking forward to experiencing time without them. Each day we had a planned activity away from the cabin (zip lining, rafting, west glacier) and would come back and spend the evenings sitting outside talking, taking walks to the river or sitting inside watching movies or reading books. We have college aged children that came with and we all had a wonderful time. The first morning we saw the female moose - which was really awesome to see. The inside of the cabin is very cute, it had everything our family needed. Would definitely recommend it."

  • Top Tier Family Vacation

"Our family of 5 (Kids age 16, 12, 10) stayed at Gary and Theresa's cabin this past week for 6 nights. My review would follow along the lines of the other reviews that I have read. We did a lot of research before we headed to Glacier. A lot... When I looked at this cabin online, it looked beautiful but I worried that having the owners on site would take away from the family get away we were looking for. However, I was DEAD wrong. Sure the cabin is great. Absolutely the cleanest VRBO, Hotel, Resort, I have ever stayed in. It is well stocked and almost like having your own place in Montana. While the cabin is great, what truly made the experience unforgettable was Gary and Theresa. They are the most friendly, and welcoming couple we maybe have ever met. They made us feel like family. Our family agreed that the trip to Glacier was a "10" but much of that was simply the love that was shown to us by this wonderful couple. I would go back to Glacier just to hang out with them! If you are looking for an amazing vacation. Beautiful scenery, beautiful cabin, and the chance to meet two of the most amazing hosts you will ever find, you need to book this cabin. We talked on the drive home how this was a once in a lifetime experience. My son said, "It better not be, I vote to go back again next year", while my youngest wanted to know if we could have Gary and Theresa stay with us in Iowa sometime..."

  • Perfect!!!

"We are a family of four (couple w adult children), and we were seeking beauty, peace, and quiet, and we found all of that and more! Kate was so kind and timely in her communications with us before and during trip. The home was absolutely exactly what we needed. As you drive up, you see the beautiful flowers and the lovely deck and home. There are 3 floors; we really only needed 2 of them. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and nice bathroom with shower and tub (the tub was so nice to soak in after long hikes!), and all of this is on the 1st floor, along with a big kitchen, dining area, and family room with wood burning fireplace and tv. The family room was spacious yet cozy. There is plenty of firewood for the wood burning fireplace. Up the stairs are two more bedrooms, each with comfortable queen beds and a bathroom in between, also with shower and tub. Downstairs in the basement is another gathering area with tv, another bedroom with queen bed, and an additional bedroom with twin bunk bed and a 3rd bathroom with shower and tub. Bathrooms had plenty of soft towels and supplies. The kitchen was large enough for 3-4 of us to move around, each fixing our own lunches or creating dinners together. One of the most special features of this home is the large wrap around wooden deck, with plentiful comfortable chairs for sitting and looking out at the beautiful trees and 2 round tables for meals. Also in the beautiful yard is a large wooden picnic table. There is a large grassy area where our daughter enjoyed doing her yoga. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get privacy after our days together. This was the perfect house for us, and we would not hesitate to rent this home again. We loved GNP, and we feel that we barely scratched the surface of all there is to do. We were happy that we stayed on this side of the park, as we all thought it was more beautiful than the east side. Thank you again, Kate, for sharing your special home with us! This is obviously a home created with love for a close knit family, and the attention to detail and the loving atmosphere exude a very positive atmosphere."
