"The house is very spacious and the décor is wonderful for a mountain retreat. We had 7 adults stay and had more then plenty of room. It was also very clean. Each bedroom was large with its own bathroom which was great! Our group really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day skiing. It is shared with other units, but that did not pose a problem for us. But certainly wouldn't be adequate if all units were full to capacity and had to share. We had a few minor water issues with the dishwasher, nothing major that required a call, but handled ourselves. The kitchen is very well stocked with extra plates and serving dishes over the capacity of the house, which is nice. Slow cooker, blender, adequate pots and pans. It was a very pleasant surprise to find food items in the pantry, which evidently previous renters had left, seasonings, flour, syrup, canned tomatoes, etc. Only thing we missed was a griddle for pancakes, but there were multiple fry pans, so we made it work. The grill worked great also, but did need a cleaning. The walk to Homeaway run is alittle bit of a hike but also doeable. Only problem we had was we had rain and ice which made it hard to walk any where!! We had non-skiers with us, and after we got our bearings the walk down Wood Run Court street and through a walking path then back down Moose Run to the shuttle was a short walk. The mountain resort shuttle then can take you to the base lodge or up to the upper village. We have stayed on the mountain several times during ski season and usually stay in the upper village, so this was alittle different for us. Our group ranged in age from 22 to 60 years of age. Our concensus in the end was the house is more than adequate for a large group; but as for the walking the older ones in the group felt they would rather stay in the upper village. I think this decision was based on our rain and the ice on the uphill road which made it a very treacherous walk. Although we wouldn't hesitate to stay in the house again."
