  • Lovely place to stay

"Overall our stay was amazing. It's a bit of a ride to get to Yellowstone national park. The views from the property are awesome."

  • Proximity was great- plenty of beds & room. Very reasonable to work with.

"There were plenty of beds and they were comfortable w/ plenty of bedding to keep warm at night. The entry way & stairs did not appear to have been vacuumed prior to our arrival but everything else was clean. Could have used an additional dishwasher detergent pouch. There was still garbage left from previous tenants in the bin outside leaving little room for our garbage. Very reasonable walk to ski hill and plenty of parking. Thank you"

  • Charming lakeside cottage

"Our stay at the Jellison's cottage was wonderful. Mr. Jellison is the most gracious host wanting to make sure you are comfortable from the moment you step in the door. He is a wealth of information on the area. The water boards, kayak, can canoes are a definite benefit if the weather is warm. The neighborhood is very quiet and the views are magnificent! • I'd give it six stars if I could, better than the pictures!

"One of the best places My wife and I have stayed in 30+ years of October trips to the mountains. Immaculate, well appointed, great kitchen, very comfortable beds, wraparound porch and big sky views from every window. The deck is a perfect place to chill with a glass of wine after a day of adventure. Convenient to Kalispell and Rosauers Grocery, a great place to get your food and wine. We took day trips to the north to Glacier and Whitefish and a day trip to the South around Flathead Lake to the bison range. Incredible views everywhere. Finally, Ellen was wonderful. She was super helpful, interesting and fun! You have to read some of the newspaper articles in the house about the Hargrave cattle ranch and guest ranch that Ellen and Leo Hargrave owned. Definitely adds a Western charm to the trip. Thank you Ellen for a wonderful time."
