  • Montana Memories

"Upon entering the residence, we felt quite at home. The Western/Rustic theme was magnificent! The theme was prevalent throughout the house: paintings, furniture, and accent pieces! My family loved the accommodations - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms complete with linens, towels, hair dryers, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, grill, hot tub, and a full kitchen! We also enjoyed the t.v./game area upstairs. In fact, if someone went missing, he/she could be found taking a nap in that area. The Big Sky area is beautiful. We went on 3 hikes: Ousel Falls, Lava Lake, and Beehive Basin. Mr. Phil was right; you need to hydrate, hydrate, and hydrate ! Make sure you take PLENTY of water due to the high altitude! We discovered very quickly that we were flatlanders! Lol! The gondola (tram) ride on Lone Mountain was an experience like no other! My entire family loved it - even my mother-in-law who was scared of heights! We also went into Yellowstone Park; that will take you a day to hit the highlights of the park. Everyone needs to visit at least once; the landforms and animals are extraordinary! Upon leaving Yellowstone, stop and visit in the little town of West Yelliowdtone. It's a good place to shop and eat! Overall, we had a blast! This was the best vacation ever taken with my family- lots of laughs, triumphs with hikes, and just a good ole time!!!! Thank you so much, Mr. Phil and Ms. Michele , for allowing us to stay in your home! From your home to your recommendations on activities, my family had a fabulous time!"

  • Fishing Big Sky

"We are 4 seniors that have known each other since freshman in high school. We have fished together from the far reaches of Alaska to Northern California. Big Sky has become one of our favorites with world class fly fishing in the nearby rivers including the Madison, the Gallatin & the Yellowstone, & close enough to Yellowstone Park to try their exquisite creeks. The nearby Gallatin River Guides are excellent. Last year we stayed at a local hotel. This year we stayed at the Beehive Managed Town-home & we had an incredible time - well appointed & comfortable. Locally there are several fun restaurants which we enjoyed. We had a couple barbecues, enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of fishing & watched the 4th of July fireworks from our back lawn since we were close enough to walk or ride bicycles to town. We will be back!"

  • Great stay

"We had a wonderful time at this property. The view of lone peak was gorgeous, and it was a very quiet community. The unit was also stocked with all the kitchen utensils you could need for cooking as well as spices, hot sauce, condiments etc. I would highly recommend a stay there!"

  • Great place with a great location.

"The condo was well equipped and very close to the ski bus up (you can see it just out the window across the road). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook both breakfast and dinner (and a grill on the deck). After skiing having our own hot tub on our deck was great, it helped with the tired legs after a long day of skiing. For us the area was quiet, even in the evenings (the association has a quiet time set). The condo was well kept up and very comfortable. It comes with it's own assigned parking place, full size washer/dryer and laundry detergent was provided. The condo is located about a mile outside of Town Center. We could have walked it, however after skiing we needed to save our legs. Town Center has a micro brewery, restaurants, and grocery store. Just a big further (another 1/2 mile or so) is the Meadow Village were there is another micro brewery, more restaurants, and other shopping. So very convenient it you want to go out or if you want to pick something up. For skiing you can easily catch the bus (it runs on a very tight schedule) or drive up. There is ample free parking and a shuttle from the parking lot. We drove and paid for ski storage on the mountain that included access to a locker room in the basement of the Huntley. So all we had to do was bring/carry our boot bags and boot up in the locker room. Overall the place was great to rent and we had a great time skiing at Big Sky (having 15" of snow one day and fresh powder the rest of the week helped a lot!). I had a few questions before we came and the owner was great to work with and responded very quickly to my questions. Yes we would absolutely rent this place again if we go back to Big Sky for more skiing."
