  • Ideal condo!

"This condo worked perfectly for our vacation at Big Sky. The place included all listed amenities and was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Steve and his staff were very helpful and accommodating - he has a local property manager in town if help is ever needed. The condo is a very short walk to anything you'd need in town - the ski shop, grocery store, coffee shop and bars. The garage worked well for storing our skis. The beds (including the twin mattresses) are comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets. There are even individual heaters for each room - great for warming up after a dip in the outdoor hot tub. We will stay here again and we highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the meadow village."

  • Perfect!

"Location was amazing, chalet was perfect for the four of us! We only used the hotime tub once but it was nice to have that option. We spent the majority of our time exploring the area!"

  • Fall 2016 Retreat was a resounding success at the Big Sky Firehouse!

"Wow! What a great "home base" from which to have our fall retreat. We had day trips to Yellowstone and the Museum of the Rockies, in Bozeman. There are many trails and hiking opportunities right out the door and Big Sky is a wonderful place to visit any time of year. The hot tub and a crackling fire were nice in the evenings after a big day out exploring nature. The home, itself, is lovely and well suited for a wide variety of ages and physical requirements (easy to access bedrooms/bathrooms on every level) and we had pinochle games going every night in the upstairs lounging area! We are all big readers and there are plenty of "flop" spots for cozy reading and/or quiet conversation. The living room was well appointed and comfy for our group bible discussions. As a group we rotate cooking and the kitchen was not only laid out well--open and conducive to work and conversation--but it was well furnished for the variety of dishes we made. That is actually a rare thing to find in a rental, usually there are no decent knives or cooking utensils, so take note if you like to cook. One can tell that the Sellman family actually uses this home and the kitchen tools are there to prove it. Speaking of the owners, Rich was very easy to work with and made sure that we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable time and a seamless transition in and out of the house. We do this retreat every year and have for over 30 years. We have had the blessing of staying in rental homes/facilities all over the world and without a doubt the Big Sky Firehouse is in our top ten as far as spacious, clean, comfortable accommodations and overall group compatibility and enjoyment. We would certainly like to stay here again as there are more trails to explore, sights to see and big lunker fish to catch. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay in this home, we hope to do business with you again in the future! Have a great year :-) p.s. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations! On the nights no one felt like cooking it was sure nice to get out and enjoy the variety of cuisine available even though it wasn't "peak" Big Sky season. And, this will sound funny, but the Big Sky ACE hardware was pretty cool...the Henckel display alone!!"

  • Huge, beautiful condo that is close to everything. Plenty of room for family of six.

"We stayed at Kenny's condo for three nights at the end of our 11 night trip to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Big Sky. The pictures do not do this place justice--it is really big, and beautifully decorated. Everything is high quality, and there were plenty of towels, pillows, beach towels, etc. It was also very clean and well taken care of--did not feel like a rental property at all. Bathrooms were great, and my kids (four boys--8, 5,5, and 5) loved the game room--checkers, chess, puzzles, books, TV, etc. Also very nice views from the balconies. The only issue we had was that the hot tub was inexplicably drained when we arrived. I let Kenny know, and the hot tub service company came out the next morning and filled it up. We weren't able to use it until the next evening, but it was not a big deal, and my family loved using it. The condo is extremely convenient to the ski area as well as the shops and restaurants in the meadow area--as in 3-4 minutes, which was great for us. Also loved having the garage to park in. We didn't use the club house, but it is nice, too. Kenny was great to work with, and I would definitely recommend this condo to others. (Keep in mind it's three levels, so there are lots of stairs)."
