  • There is no such thing as a bad day in Yellowstone!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Yellowstone and it was great having a comfortable well equipped cabin to come home to. Everything you need is there, pots and pans, dishes, crock pot and wine glasses. A herd of Elk greeted us at arrival which we loved. Upon departure a herd of big horn sheep were across the road. I know a couple people mentioned the road was rough. We found it to be a decent gravel road. Marty was very helpful in responding to questions about the river closing and it's reopening which was great we did get to fly fish! All in all super. We decided we want to visit Yellowstone in every season. We shall return. 😊"

  • Great Stay at North Gate House

"We enjoyed our vacation at the beautiful North Gate House in Gardiner, MT for 10 days in September 2016. We would sit in the living room and see elk and deer walking through the yard. A large bull elk was about 10 feet from the back door. The three story, 3 bedroom/3 bath house was perfect for our family for those wanting to take naps or go to bed early. We went to Yellowstone National Park almost every day and the location of the house to the entrance gate was perfect. The grocery store was close enough that you could walk to it if you wanted to. Nice restaurants are also close by. There is a book on the kitchen counter with all the information you need for the house and the area, including menus for the restaurants. Rick and Cheryl’s description that the house includes a fully equipped kitchen is an understatement. They have every possible gadget in the kitchen you would ever need. Also, plenty of dishes and silverware. There is also an abundance of dish towels, dish cloths, garbage bags, soap for the dishwasher, paper towels, etc. The biggest surprise was a basket with snacks and drinks to take with you hiking or day trips. The three bathrooms were equipped with an abundance of bath towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, and items you would have in your own bathroom. The only items we had to purchase while there for 10 days was our food. The grill was nice and weather was excellent for grilling a few times. As an FYI, we have rented cabins/houses a number of times and you have to provide your own paper products and cleaning supplies. Some rentals only had one dish cloth, one or two dish towels, and three to four bath towels and wash cloths requiring you to do laundry more often. We would recommend this house to anyone, especially with kids or a large family, wanting to visit the Yellowstone National Park or Gardiner area. Enjoy your stay! The Moore Family Lakeland, FL"

  • Cabin by the River heaven

"Loved this little peace of heaven. Owners where very helpful with fishing advice. It was perfect for me my husband son, his wife and two grandkids. Very comfortable beds and a very beautiful view out front porch every morning, I enjoyed sitting on porch listening to Yellowstone River just out the door. Only recommendation I have is bring a bigger frying pan or an electric skillet fry pans are small for frying fish or chicken or even bacon and eggs. Thanks so much for sharing your peace of heaven (and Tillie) with us. Annette, Ron and kids"
