  • Loved the Mini-Moose Cabin!

"We so enjoyed our stay. The cabin is a very short drive from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. It is well appointed with a very nice kitchen, lovely living area, and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. There are hiking trails right outside the door, although bear spray is recommended. The town of West Yellowstone has an interesting museum, IMAX theatre, shops and two grocery stores. If coming from Bozeman, recommend shopping there due to better prices. We did a day trip to Craters of the Moon National Monument. Well recommended! A bit of a drive but so interesting. I would stay here again."

  • Great Vacation Property!

"This was a great property to stay at. Renovated and clean, it went beyond our expectations. Kitchen had an array of staples, from spices to flour. We cooked most meals there, never found anything we needed that they didn't have, even needed a cheese grater and they had that! Cabin does not have any cell reception but has open WiFi so that helped when we needed to connect (which was not very often!). Has satellite TV, as well. Large dining room table but we spent most of our time sitting at the bar looking at the river. Speaking of the river, theres some great fishing right out of the door! Caught something every day, every time we went out. The highlight was the 18" Rainbow Trout! Lots of Mountain Whitefish, caught a couple beautiful Brook Trout, too! Every day there were deer along the banks that we watched and even saw an osprey, eagle, beaver and skunk. Did not use the bunk house, but it had a small kitchen and bathroom in it, along with a bedroom and a loft. Great for another couple or the kids. Lots of books and quite a few games, although some games were missing pieces and vital parts (like the Yahtzee dice! Lol). Bathroom was well equipped and had some staples available to use in case you forgot something. Washer and dryer was definitely a plus! Hiking was great, but recommend the DRIVE to Mt Baldy, even though the trail head was right by the cabin! We like to hike but the difficulty of that trail was far beyond what we were willing to do! The drive up was great, beautiful views and we saw a moose and some mule deer. Northwestern Peak was a great hike, moderate difficulty but well worth it. Yaak Mercantile has basics to purchase, chips, staples, soda, beer, coffee (they have a small coffee bar, too), snacks, canned goods... get your groceries in Libby or Troy! Overall, loved the cabin, was very relaxing and we will be back!!!"

  • The cozy "Nest"

"Our overall response is very positive. Unfortunately, we were so busy with the daughter's wedding we did not get a chance to enjoy the quiet and glorious view of the Bitterroot Valley. The kitchen was a DREAM and so fun to work in. I would recommend this VRBO to those who want (or can), take time to sit and appreciate the panoramic view of this incredible valley."

  • Location Location Location!

"My parents, brother and I had a wonderful stay at the Staggerin' Inn. It was so nice to have a house that was so affordable and so close to the park (it literally is a 2 minute drive, and is conveniently located really close to a grocery store and other West Glacier Shops and Restaurants). For the price it was just fine, nothing fancy, but it was very clean. The basement where I slept had kind of a damp smell, but it's a basement! The view from the back is amazing, it sits on a lovely golf course and has a view of the mountains. Like I said it's the perfect place for a family to be able to spend time together so close to the park! Also the owner was very accommodating, letting us check in early and was always available via text. I would definitely stay here again!"
